Make goods moves simpler and safer with a robust 3‑sided roll container with half drop gate. Built from electrogalvanised steel tube for corrosion resistance, this cage trolley combines a compact footprint with generous internal space. Three full‑height mesh sides keep cartons and totes secure, while the half gate on one side lets you load and pick without opening a whole wall. The clean, open mesh keeps labels visible.
Easy to steer: two fixed and two swivel castors provide smooth handling on concrete and epoxy floors. Supplied flat‑packed.
Braked swivel castors available on request.
Accessories: rubber strap (1503‑103) and shelf (6017‑103).

This heavy‑duty roll container is engineered for busy warehouses, retail back‑rooms and parcel operations that need reliable, repeatable moves. The three mesh sides retain the load on the base, and a convenient half drop gate gives fast access for loading and order picking. The design is deliberately simple and durable so that drivers and pickers can focus on the job, not the equipment.
The frame and mesh are manufactured from electrogalvanised (zinc‑plated) steel tubing to provide a strong structure with built‑in corrosion resistance. In daily use this finish helps the cage withstand knocks, abrasion and exposure to moisture typical of docks, inbound areas and chilled rooms. The smooth, hard surface also makes cleaning quick and reduces fibre snagging on film‑wrapped cartons.
Three full‑height mesh panels prevent goods from shifting off the base while maintaining clear visibility of barcodes and labels. On the fourth side, a half drop gate allows access without opening a full wall. The gate swings down neatly to stay out of the way during loading and picking.
At 720 × 800 × 1800 mm overall, the roll container is easy to manoeuvre in narrow aisles and goods lifts. Inside, 660 × 800 × 1640 mm of clear space provides room for stacked cartons, totes or returnable crates. The 105 × 350 mm mesh aperture balances retention and visibility so staff can read consignment labels at a glance while items stay within the cage.
The base runs on two fixed and two swivel castors that track straight yet turn quickly at aisle ends and dock doors. This standard configuration gives a good balance of stability and steering control for one‑person handling.
