This heavy-duty board trolley is designed for daily internal transport where reliability matters. With a 500 kg load capacity, it is suited to demanding work involving plywood, MDF, laminate boards, sheet metal and similar flat materials. The construction is straightforward in the right way: a robust electro-galvanised steel frame, a durable laminate deck, large castors and a practical load bar system that lets you adapt the trolley to the load in front of you.

The strength of this board trolley starts with the frame. The electro-galvanised steel construction is made for working environments where trolleys do not stay clean for long and where knocks, repeated loading and constant movement are part of the day. It gives the trolley the rigidity needed for heavier panel handling while helping the structure stay dependable over time.

The laminate deck adds a flat, hard-wearing surface for the load itself. That matters when you are moving sheet materials that need even support across the platform. A stable deck helps the load sit properly, reduces unnecessary shifting during transport and makes the trolley feel more settled when it is fully loaded. The platform height is 390 mm, which keeps loading practical without making the trolley unnecessarily tall. Load bars that make the board trolley more adaptable

The spacing between bar positions is 64 mm, giving you a practical way to adjust the layout according to the size, thickness or quantity of material being moved. By changing the load bar positions, the board trolley can be set up to support the load more securely and keep the material better organised from pickup to destination. This 500 Series board trolley uses a proven four-castor layout with two fixed and two swivel castors. The fixed castors help the trolley stay composed on longer runs, while the swivel castors make it easier to line up for loading, unloading and route changes. The castor diameter is Ø200 mm, and the wheels are designed for heavy-duty use. That larger wheel size supports smoother movement and helps the board trolley deal better with the small interruptions found in real industrial floors, such as joints, minor unevenness and transitions between work zones. The result is not just easier pushing, but a calmer load in motion. A braked version is also available. That is worth choosing when the trolley is loaded or unloaded on ramps, in shared work areas or anywhere the trolley needs to stay in place while material is being handled.
