Height-adjustable shelves

The height-adjustable shelves let you tune the layout to the parts you actually handle. Small electronics, trays, tools, test fixtures and boxed sub-assemblies all take up space differently. Being able to change shelf spacing without tools makes the trolley faster to adapt and easier to keep in active use.

Anti-static mats on every shelf support controlled handling

The shelf surface matters just as much as the frame. Every shelf on the 9000 Series model is equipped with an anti-static mat, helping to keep sensitive items on a suitable surface during transport and short-term storage. For operations that handle boards, components and assemblies in an EPA area, that detail is part of keeping the whole route under control, not only the workstation itself.

The heat resistance of the mat, up to 400°C, adds practical value in real production work. When parts come from soldering, rework or nearby process steps, the trolley can be used as a safe transfer point without forcing the operator to search for a separate protective surface first. That keeps movement between workstations straightforward.

Choose the shelf count that matches your process

The 9000 Series ESD shelf trolley is available with 2, 3 or 4 shelves:

• A 2-shelf version works well when the load is bulky, tall or frequently handled from above.
• A 3-shelf model often suits general workshop and assembly use.
• A 4-shelf layout makes better use of vertical space when carrying smaller items in greater quantities.

Four swivel castors keep the trolley easy to steer

Good manoeuvrability matters when routes run past benches, machines and narrow aisles. The 9000 Series ESD trolley uses four swivel castors, making it easier to turn, reposition and guide through changing work areas. The trolley is available with or without brakes, so you can match it to the working environment.

Conductive design for EPA use

An ESD trolley is only useful when the whole structure supports the job. Here, the conductive design, grounding point and anti-static shelf surfaces work together with the steel tube frame to support controlled handling in static-sensitive areas.

This matters because ESD risks do not disappear once items leave the bench. Components can be exposed during replenishment, transfer between process steps, temporary storage and internal movement from one workstation to another. Using dedicated ESD transport equipment helps extend that controlled handling beyond a fixed table position.

The zinc-plated or white steel tube frame adds a durable, straightforward structure around the shelves. It is open enough for fast access and stable enough for regular movement in production routines.
