A welding job can take over valuable floor space even after the work is finished. This Finnish-made accordion welding curtain extends from a wall, post or suitable beam to screen the work area. Once the job is done, it folds back to its mounting point so the space can be used again.
The folding welding curtain suits a bay that must reopen for cleaning, material handling or other work. Its mounted mechanism avoids a permanent screen base along the floor. When folded, the assembly has an approximate depth of 200 mm. For curtain lengths over 3 m, an adjustable support leg is required to steady the extended structure.
The UV-treated, flame-retardant PVC film is intended to screen nearby work areas from welding light and sparks. The curtain suits changing layouts in production halls, maintenance workshops and warehouses. State the length, mounting position and preferred colour when requesting a quotation for your work area.

A welding bay may be needed for one shift, then become a route for materials or another workstation. The accordion welding curtain makes that change straightforward: draw the curtain across the area for welding, then fold it back towards its mounting point when the space is ready for other work. A freestanding screen does not have to remain on the floor between jobs.
This Finnish-made curtain is intended for welding and other hot work in industrial surroundings. The folding mechanism can be attached to a wall, post or suitable beam. Its main advantage is the space around it: there is no permanent screen base occupying the floor along the length of the barrier.
The curtain extends to divide the work area from the surrounding space. After the job, it folds together in an accordion pattern beside its mounting point. The folded assembly is approximately 200 mm deep, so it takes up little room when out of use. Plan that resting position around the available wall or post and the way the area is accessed.
Mounting the mechanism on a wall, post or suitable beam leaves the main floor area free from a permanent screen base. This makes it easier to clean alongside the workstation or bring a workpiece into position after the curtain has been folded back. The fixed mounting point should be chosen for the work that needs screening. An adjustable support leg is required for curtain lengths over 3 m to steady the structure when extended.
The curtain uses UV-treated, flame-retardant PVC film. It is intended to help screen neighbouring work areas from welding light and sparks. In a shared workshop, it also gives the hot work a defined boundary.
