Double‑sided work platform give fast, stable access when you need to work above floor level without bringing in heavy scaffolding. The anodised aluminium frame is light to carry yet resists dents and corrosion. A secure hinge lock (VNa 205) keeps the structure rigid under side loading.
Both sides have deep ribbed treads for confident footing and clean drainage of dust and debris. On top, a tough anti‑slip phenolic mesh plywood platform provides a firm standing area even in dusty or damp conditions. Two‑component rubber feet bite on concrete, epoxy and plywood floors to minimise movement. At just 9.5 kg, the work platform is easy to reposition from aisle to aisle.

This double‑sided work platform is a practical choice for fast, repeat access up to a 70 cm platform height. It is at its best in construction finishing, scheduled maintenance and warehouse picking where operators step up and down many times a day. The design keeps the footprint compact while the standing area on top remains generous and secure.
The load‑bearing structure is made from anodised aluminium. Anodising hardens the surface and helps it resist abrasion, oxidation and handling marks, so the steps stay presentable even in rough service. Aluminium also keeps mass low: at 9.5 kg, the unit is easy to lift, pivot and relocate as the job progresses. A positive hinge lock braces the frame to prevent racking when the user twists or works sideways.
Access is available from both sides. Each side uses 80 mm deep ribbed treads to spread pressure across the foot and reduce fatigue on longer tasks. The ribbing channels dust and moisture away from the boot sole and provides directional grip when climbing or descending.
The top working surface is cut from anti‑slip phenolic mesh plywood (also known as wire‑mesh faced plywood), sized at 70 × 30 cm. The embossed mesh face offers traction in dry and damp conditions and stands up well to dropped tools and everyday impacts. Phenolic film overlay helps the panel resist water and chemicals and is widely used on industrial walkways and scaffold decks. In practice this means a stable standing area that stays grippy even where dust or occasional moisture would make plain timber slippery.
The feet are moulded from a two‑component rubber compound that conforms to the floor and resists skidding on concrete, epoxy‑coated and plywood surfaces. Combined with the low total mass, this makes the platform quick to reposition yet steady to stand on. The overall base width of 93 cm gives a planted stance without wasting floor space in narrow aisles.
Every detail supports reliable daily use. Components are simple and easily inspected. The double‑sided approach means a technician can carry tools in hand and still step up from the nearest side without turning the platform around. The 70 cm platform height suits assembly, painting and service tasks where the work area sits roughly at chest or shoulder level for most users.
Anodised aluminium is chosen for the main rails and stringers to keep weight down and corrosion resistance up. The anodic layer helps the surface shrug off scuffs from boots and tools. The phenolic mesh plywood deck is a known choice in demanding outdoor and industrial flooring because the resin‑impregnated film resists moisture and wear. The two‑component rubber feet are formulated for grip and durability and can be visually checked for wear during routine equipment inspections.
