Some loads are easy to strap: straight edges, even weight and a clean, square shape. In real warehouses, that is not always the case. Machine parts, timber packs, building materials and pipe bundles often have uneven surfaces, odd shapes or corners that get damaged easily. Ecostrap textile strapping (woven polypropylene strapping) is designed for these situations, when you need a strong hold for transport or storage, but you also want a strap that is safer to handle and kinder to the goods.

Ecostrap is a woven polypropylene strapping made from extra-strong, UV-stabilised polypropylene fibre. It combines high breaking strength with a soft textile structure that is comfortable to grip. The strap’s flexibility helps it sit evenly around the load, which is especially useful on asymmetrical or difficult shipments. At the same time, the soft strap reduces sharp-edge risks that are typical with steel strapping.

Strong hold without sharp edges

In everyday packing work, safety and speed go hand in hand. UV-stabilised woven polypropylene fibre

Ecostrap is manufactured from UV-stabilised polypropylene fibre. UV stabilisation helps the strap maintain performance when loads are stored outdoors or exposed to sunlight during transport. Polypropylene is also a recyclable material, which supports more responsible packaging choices. Compared with steel strapping, the production footprint of polypropylene fibre is typically lower, and you avoid corrosion-related issues in storage and handling.
