With a 3.0 m platform height and a narrow, 750 mm wide chassis, the EP JX0 works comfortably in tight, busy aisles where larger equipment cannot go.
Manoeuvring space is often the bottleneck. The JX0 solves this with a tight 1.26 m turning radius and a minimum aisle requirement of 1850 mm. Steering is handled through a familiar steering wheel with electric power assistance, giving accurate control at slow speeds and confident direction changes in confined spaces.
Operators get a secure working position behind a 1425 mm guard rail, supported by a rigid mast and a total structure height of 4090 mm. The order picking platform lifts smoothly to the right level, placing hands and eyes exactly where they need to be. The picking deck carries up to 136 kg, enough for cartons, totes or parts bins without compromising balance. A clear display on the console shows battery state of charge and hour meter values, so supervisors can plan shifts and maintenance proactively.
The JX0 is equipped with a 24 V / 135 Ah lithium‑ion battery that tolerates partial charges and resists deep discharge. Use short breaks for opportunity charging with the integrated 24 V / 30 A charger, and avoid battery swaps or lengthy charge cycles typical of older chemistries.
