A standard roll cage can be too short for bulky packages and awkwardly shaped goods. This extra large roll container provides a 2000 mm-long loading area inside a mobile mesh frame. It gives warehouses, industrial facilities, stockrooms and distribution areas more room for loads that do not fit neatly into a standard-sized unit. The design has three fixed mesh walls and a removable half gate on the fourth side. The walls help contain the load, while the gate keeps the loading side easy to reach.

A long loading area for bulky goods

The 1940 x 740 x 1640 mm internal dimensions provide useful room for large packages, furniture and irregularly shaped loads. Instead of trying to fit these goods into a shorter cage, they can be placed within one long mesh enclosure. This makes the unit useful for internal movement, staging and temporary holding between work stages. The open mesh design keeps the contents visible from several directions. Staff can identify a load without opening a solid-sided container, which is helpful when goods move through receiving, storage, picking or dispatch.

Six nylon castors for controlled movement

The unit runs on six 100 mm nylon castors. Four swivel castors help with turning and positioning. Two fixed castors support a steady direction during straight movement. The combination gives a 2000 mm-long roll cage trolley the manoeuvrability needed for day-to-day handling while helping the operator guide it along a planned route.

Both braked and unbraked versions are available. Choose a braked roll container when the unit often needs to remain in position during loading, unloading or temporary holding. The unbraked model is available for processes where wheel brakes are not needed. The right version depends on the floor, route and working practices at the intended location.

Electro-galvanised steel mesh construction

The frame and mesh are made from electro-galvanised steel tube. The zinc-treated finish helps protect the steel surface and is well suited to regular material-handling work. The open construction also makes it easy to see the load from different sides.
