When storage pressure rises, a dependable FIN pallet cage gives you control. Sized for 1200 x 1000 mm FIN pallets, this robust wire mesh container combines a galvanised steel frame with an end-opening drop-front for fast, safe handling. It also folds flat, so the footprint drops dramatically when the cage is empty, freeing up space for productive work.
The external size is 1200 x 1000 x 980 mm, matching FIN-pallet dimensions used widely in Finnish and Nordic logistics. That compatibility means no adapters or workarounds, just straightforward loading, stacking and transport through your normal pallet flows.
The cage is finished in electro-galvanised (zinc-plated) steel to resist rust and wear. In operations that see humidity, temperature shifts and dust, the coated surface helps preserve the structure and keeps the mesh easy to clean. The finish is ideal for warehouses, production areas, covered loading docks and cold storage, where surfaces need to stay reliable despite demanding conditions.
A drop-front on the end wall provides quick access to contents. Operators can pick parts or cartons without lifting over a full height side, reducing awkward postures and saving time. The opening also simplifies partial loading: stage heavy items at floor level, then secure the gate and continue stacking lighter cartons on top.
Empty cages consume space if they cannot be compacted. This unit folds down rapidly, cutting empty storage volume by up to 70 percent. That means fewer trips returning empties and tighter staging between shifts. For operations with seasonality or returns, collapsibility translates directly into saved square metres and lower transport costs on the backhaul.
With a strong perimeter frame and secure stacking points, the cage is built for vertical utilisation. The stacking load is 1000 kg, so you can raise storage density without compromising safety. Use the cage to stabilise irregular goods that would otherwise be hard to stack on an open pallet: the mesh prevents lateral movement and protects sensitive packaging during transport.
Mesh walls give instant visual confirmation of contents, stock levels and labels. It is easy to read barcodes or check counts at a glance, even when the cage is in a stack.
