A full gas cylinder is awkward to handle without suitable equipment. This ergonomic gas cylinder trolley supports the cylinder during loading, tilting and transport, reducing the need to lift and carry the load by hand. It is intended for one cylinder with a diameter of 235 mm and a volume of 50 L. A foot-assisted action, steel support frame and two large pneumatic tyres give the operator more control over routine moves. Instead of carrying a heavy cylinder between locations, the operator can position it on the trolley, secure it and transfer its weight onto the wheels.

Designed around one 50 L gas cylinder

This single cylinder trolley is made for a cylinder measuring Ø 235 mm with a nominal volume of 50 L. Matching the trolley to the cylinder is important: the support points and securing arrangement can only work as intended when the cylinder has the correct diameter. The cylinder and any fitted equipment must also remain within the stated 80 kg load capacity.

The upright support frame keeps the cylinder close to the trolley during handling. Once the cylinder is correctly positioned, the securing chain helps hold it against the frame. This straightforward arrangement lets the operator see how the cylinder is seated before starting to move it. It also makes the gas cylinder trolley quick to prepare for repeated transfers during a working day.

Foot-assisted handling reduces heavy lifting

Pneumatic tyres smooth the route

Two pneumatic tyres carry the load. Their large diameter helps the trolley roll over ordinary workshop thresholds, ramps and small surface irregularities. The air-filled construction also cushions vibration better than a hard wheel, helping reduce jolts transmitted through the frame to the cylinder. That cushioning matters in workplaces where floors are not perfectly uniform. Pneumatic tyres are especially helpful when the route includes joints between floor surfaces or short transitions between work areas.

Electro-galvanised steel frame

The frame is made from electro-galvanised steel. Its zinc-plated surface helps protect the steel against corrosion and daily wear while retaining a clean industrial finish. It is well suited to regular use in workshops, maintenance areas and other professional environments where handling equipment may be exposed to dirt and changing conditions.
