This long forklift jib arm converts a standard forklift truck into a flexible small crane. The jib slides over the forks, is secured with a safety pin and chain, and provides up to 3,000 mm reach for lifting loads over walls, into moulds or across loading docks. A heavy-duty swivel hook makes it easy to attach chains, slings or lifting rings and to position the load accurately.
The robust jib is manufactured from high-strength, closed-section steel profiles that distribute the load evenly over the fork surfaces. The tough powder-coated finish protects against impact, weather and chemical splashes in demanding industrial environments. Two models are available with different capacities, up to 4,000 kg at 500 mm load centre and 400 kg at 3,000 mm reach.

Whenever a load has to be lifted over a container side, a casting mould or a loading dock edge, this long forklift jib arm gives your truck the extra reach it needs. By sliding the jib over the forks and securing it with the integrated pin and safety chain, you turn an ordinary forklift into a practical small crane. The long jib offers a working reach of up to 3,000 mm so the truck can stay on firm, level ground while the hook reaches into otherwise inaccessible areas.
The jib ends in a heavy-duty swivel hook that accepts common lifting gear such as chains, slings and lifting rings. Because the hook can rotate, it helps to prevent twisting in the lifting gear and makes it easier to set the load down in exactly the right position. For jobs where the load has to be tipped over an edge or handled on uneven ground, the jib is also available in a tilting version that increases flexibility even further.
The long forklift jib arm is built from high-strength steel with closed profiles that distribute stress evenly along the forks. This design helps protect the forks from point loading and keeps the jib stable under load. The solid steel structure is suitable for repeated everyday lifting in warehouses, factories and outdoor yards. The surface is finished with a powder coating that provides a hard, durable outer layer. It is designed to cope with knocks from pallets, chains and tools and to offer good resistance to rust and chemical splashes.
