Large pneumatic tyres help the trolley move smoothly across varied industrial surfaces. The towbar has a towing eye for connection to compatible towing equipment. Its 3500 kg load capacity and three wheelbase settings make it a practical choice for recurring material movements in industrial areas.
The adjustable measurement is the distance between the axles, also called the wheelbase. It is not the full external length of the trolley. The available settings are 2500, 3500 and 4000 mm. This distinction is important when planning the required support points and checking whether the transport route has enough space.
Choose the wheelbase according to the dimensions and balance of the load. A shorter setting may suit shorter profiles, while the 4000 mm setting provides a longer support span for extended material. Because there are three fixed options, the long material trolley can be prepared for changing transport tasks without requiring a separate trolley for every material length.
The drawbar is fitted with a towing eye. The long material trolley can therefore be connected to a forklift or another suitable towing unit when the towing device is compatible. Confirm the coupling, permitted load and intended towing use before operation; the wording “forklift trailer” is sometimes used for this type of equipment, but compatibility must not be assumed from the name alone.
The large pneumatic tyres have a diameter of 540 mm. Their size and air-filled construction help the trolley roll over normal floor joints, thresholds and uneven sections found on industrial routes. This makes the trolley suitable for varied conditions where small, hard wheels would be less practical.
The long material trolley is available with a blue-painted finish or as a galvanised version. The blue model provides a clear industrial finish, while the galvanised option is intended for buyers who prefer a zinc-coated surface for their operating environment. Select the version according to the conditions at the site and the organisation’s maintenance requirements.
