This cart-type pull-out trolley lets you pull an EUR pallet out for picking and push it back in again without bringing a hand pallet truck into the aisle every time.
Keep the pallet on the trolley at the pick face, then roll it forward when you need cartons or components. The pallet is lifted to about 90 mm, helping to reduce awkward bending when working directly from the pallet. This low-profile pallet dolly runs on five fixed nylon wheels for smooth, straight in-and-out movement along the rack line. The wheels are unbraked, so the trolley is intended for even, level warehouse floors.
An optional handle is available for easier pulling.

When the bottom row of pallet racking slows down picking, it is usually for one reason: the pallet is on the floor and access requires extra handling. This Euro pallet pull-out trolley brings the pallet to you. Pull it out, pick what you need, and push it back.
This cart-type pull-out trolley is a low-profile steel frame on wheels, essentially a heavy-duty pallet dolly for standard EUR/Euro pallets. It is intended for the lowest rack row where pallets sit close to floor level. Instead of fetching a hand pallet truck each time, you keep the pallet on the trolley. When it is time to pick, you roll the pallet forward, work from the pallet, and return it neatly into the rack line.
Bottom-level picking is often the most physically demanding part of pallet storage. Even with light products, the posture is not ideal: repeated bending, leaning over the pallet and reaching deep into cartons adds up over a shift. On this trolley, the EUR pallet sits at approximately 90 mm height. That small lift improves the working position and makes it easier to see and handle goods when picking directly from the pallet. Because the pallet rolls out to you, you can position the load where access is best.
The trolley is equipped with five fixed nylon wheels. Fixed wheels track straight, which is exactly what you want when you are pulling a pallet along a rack lane. Nylon wheels are widely used in industrial environments because they roll smoothly under load and suit many warehouse conditions. They also tend to roll quietly, which is appreciated in areas with constant picking traffic.
The wheels are unbraked (no locks). For that reason, the trolley is best used on flat, even floors and in storage lanes where movement is controlled in a straight direction. If your floor has slopes, ramps or uneven thresholds, plan the application carefully and keep safety as the priority.
An optional handle is available. A handle makes pulling easier and gives the operator a clear grip point, which is useful when the trolley is moved many times during a shift.
