This nestable roll container combines a space-saving two-sided design with a 400 kg load capacity for daily goods handling. It is suited to warehouses, stockrooms, retail backrooms and distribution centres where products need to remain easy to load, move and reach.
The electro-galvanised steel frame has two mesh side walls with a mesh size of 105 x 395 mm. One wire shelf is included, creating a separate level for sorting cartons, packages or other goods. Additional shelves and a rubber retaining strap are available as accessories.
Two fixed and two swivel castors help the two-sided roll container track steadily and turn in working areas. The nylon wheels are supplied without brakes as standard, and a braked version is also available. When not in use, empty units can be nested together to reduce the floor area required for storage.

Empty handling equipment can take up valuable floor space just when a warehouse needs room for active stock. This nestable roll container reduces that burden because empty units fit together for more compact storage. In use, the open two-sided format keeps the load area easy to reach for loading, unloading and order picking.
The main advantage of a nestable roll container becomes clear after the load has been delivered. Empty units can be placed inside one another rather than each taking up its full footprint. This helps keep storage and staging areas more orderly and leaves more usable floor space for stock, picking or packing work.
Nesting is particularly useful where several roll containers circulate between picking, packing, dispatch and replenishment. Empty equipment can be grouped in a smaller area until it is needed again. The trolleys remain ready to return to the handling cycle when required.
A fully enclosed cage is not always needed. The two mesh side walls support the load from the sides, while the open layout allows workers to reach goods without opening a gate. This makes the two-sided roll container suitable for operations where quick access and clear visibility matter more than full enclosure.
The mesh size is 105 x 395 mm. The mesh construction allows the contents to be seen from the side, which can make it easier to identify loads during routine warehouse work. As with any open roll cage trolley, goods should be arranged so that they remain supported during movement. A rubber retaining strap is available as an accessory when an additional restraint is useful for the load.
One wire shelf is included with the trolley. It creates a second level within the load area, helping to keep smaller packages separate from goods placed below. This can simplify sorting and reduce the need to stack every item from the base upwards.
The shelf also makes the roll container with shelf useful for picking work where different products or orders need a clear division. Additional shelves can be ordered when more levels are required.
The frame is made from electro-galvanised steel. The finish gives the steel a protective zinc coating of the type commonly used on warehouse handling equipment. It is a practical choice for regular indoor goods handling.
The steel frame and mesh sides form a straightforward structure for repeated goods movement. There are no doors to open in the standard two-sided configuration, so loading remains simple. The open construction also lets the user check the load from several angles before moving the trolley.
The nestable roll container runs on four 100 mm nylon castors. Two are fixed and two swivel. The fixed pair helps the trolley follow a chosen direction, while the swivel pair makes turning easier in working areas. It is a familiar arrangement that balances straight-line tracking with practical steering.
A braked version is also available. This option is worth considering when the trolley needs to remain stationary at a loading, sorting or packing position. The brake specification should be selected when ordering, as it is a product version rather than a loose accessory listed for this model.
