Pallet Legs for EUR Pallets – a fast way to build a stable worktable

Pallet legs let you turn a standard EUR pallet into a stable worktable in a short time. That makes them a practical choice when you need a temporary packing point, a sorting table, a simple assembly surface or a product display platform. When floor space has to work harder and tasks change quickly, a pallet-based table gives you an extra surface without a permanent installation. You get a solution that is straightforward to use and easy to move out of the way when the area is needed for something else.

Stable support for daily work

A worktable only helps if it feels stable in use. These pallet legs are designed to create a firm base for an EUR pallet, so the finished surface is suitable for everyday handling tasks and temporary workstations. The load capacity is 500 kg, which gives plenty of room for heavier goods, packed items, tools, components or display products. Whether the surface is being used for sorting deliveries, preparing orders or setting up a sales display, the table stays dependable under load.

Electro-galvanised tubular steel for demanding environments

The pallet legs are made from electro-galvanised tubular steel. The steel tube construction gives the legs the rigidity needed for a stable pallet table, while the zinc-coated finish helps the product cope with knocks, moisture and repeated handling in active environments. In other words, the construction suits the kind of use where equipment is moved, stored, brought back into service and used again.

Three height options for different tasks

The pallet legs are available in three heights:

• 580 mm
• 730 mm
• 850 mm

The stated height is measured with the pallet included, which makes selection easier when you are planning the final working level. Instead of guessing what the finished height will be, you can choose the version that best suits the task and the surroundings.

• The 580 mm version is a lower option when you want the pallet table closer to pallet handling level or when the surface needs to stay relatively low.
• The 730 mm version is a versatile middle height that works well for many general warehouse and packing tasks.
• The 850 mm version brings the pallet table up to a higher standing level and can be a practical choice when the table is used for repeated handling, product presentation or other work where reaching down too far would slow the job.

Optional wheel set adds mobility

If the pallet table needs to move between work areas, the optional wheel set adds another layer of flexibility. The wheels are attached to the frame with the supplied bolts. Two of the wheels have parking brakes, which helps keep the table in place when you want stability and makes repositioning easier when the table needs to be moved.

This can be especially useful in warehouses, dispatch areas, assembly points and exhibition use where layouts change during the day. A mobile pallet table can be rolled closer to the work, moved to a different area, positioned at a presentation point or taken aside when the floor needs to be cleared.
