A pallet of 64 grey plastic moving crates gives businesses a durable, reusable way to pack, carry, transport and store loose goods. Each crate has a rigid construction suited to repeated handling and a practical 52-litre capacity. Integrated hand holes on both sides provide a secure place to grip the crate during loading and unloading.
These plastic moving crates use a stack and nest design. Turn them one way to stack loaded crates securely without pressing on the contents, provided the crates are not overfilled. Turn them the other way to nest empty crates inside each other and reduce the space needed in a vehicle or storage area. The plastic resists moisture and is easy to clean with water and detergent.
Optional white lids are available. Logo printing is offered for orders of at least 100 crates.

When loose goods have to be packed, carried and moved regularly, a rigid reusable crate keeps the work straightforward. This pallet contains 64 grey plastic moving crates, each measuring 600 x 400 x 300 mm externally and holding 52 litres. The uniform size makes them practical for business removals, internal transport, storage rooms, warehouses and other operations where the same containers are used again and again.
The sturdy construction suits repeated handling and the transport of heavier items. Unlike a soft-sided container, the base and walls stay supportive while the crate is lifted or moved. As no load rating is specified for this model, the weight and distribution of the contents should always allow safe manual handling.
These stack and nest crates have shaped corners that change how the crates sit together. Place one crate in the stacking orientation and its corners support the crate above. This allows filled crates to be placed in a stable vertical stack without the upper crate resting directly on the goods below. Contents should remain below the rim so that the stacking points can meet correctly.
Rotate an empty crate to the nesting orientation and it slides into the crate below. Nesting reduces the space occupied by empty plastic moving crates during return transport or between jobs. This is useful when a van must carry empty crates back from a delivery, when a relocation project has finished, or when warehouse floor space needs to be released for other work.
Integrated hand holes on both sides give users clear grip points when lifting and carrying. For longer transfers, the crates can also be moved with a sack truck. Their uniform shape makes loading more orderly than working with mixed box sizes, and the rigid structure helps the plastic transport crates keep their form during repeated packing and unpacking.
Moisture resistance is another practical advantage. A plastic moving crate can be set down on damp ground without the material absorbing moisture. This does not mean that the crate is sealed or watertight, particularly when it is used without a lid, but the plastic itself tolerates damp conditions.
Durability matters when a container is intended for repeated transport. These reusable moving crates can be cleaned and used again across many packing, storage and transport cycles. Their long service life reduces the need to replace the container after each job, while the plastic raw material is recyclable at the end of use. Actual recycling options depend on the local collection and processing system.
