Compact picking trolley for narrow aisles and small-goods handling

Some internal transport jobs do not need a large cart. They need a narrow picking trolley that turns easily, keeps small goods organised and moves through tight aisles without slowing everyone else down. This compact trolley series is built for exactly that kind of work. It suits offices, archive rooms, pharmacies, educational environments and warehouse picking areas where space is limited and the load usually consists of smaller goods, files, packages, supplies or everyday work materials.

Three configurations for different picking routines

The series is available in three versions, so you can match the trolley to the job instead of forcing one layout to handle every task.

• Basket model: good for smaller loose items and packaged goods
• Shelf model: suitable for files, boxes, containers and flat items
• Basket + shelf model: practical for mixed picking and internal transport

Stepless height adjustment makes the trolley more useful

Workloads change during the day, and that is where stepless height adjustment makes a real difference. The shelves and baskets can be moved to the required height and locked in place, so the trolley can be arranged around the goods instead of the other way around. The adjustment is done with a spring catch, so repositioning is quick and does not require tools.

Narrow outside, practical on the inside

Compact size is the main strength here, but it does not mean wasted capacity. Each shelf and each basket is rated for 10 kg, while the fixed bottom grid shelf carries 25 kg. Total trolley capacity is 35 kg. That gives the trolley the right balance for light to medium daily tasks: upper levels stay easy to reach, while the stronger lower level carries the heavier part of the load and helps keep the trolley stable during movement.

The dimensions also support efficient work in limited space. At only 360 mm wide, the trolley is easy to take through tight shelf rows, door openings and narrow work zones. The 650 mm length still gives enough load space for day-to-day picking routes, document runs and small-goods transfers. This balance is exactly what makes a narrow picking trolley valuable: it does not block the aisle, but it still carries enough to reduce repeated trips.

Easy to manoeuvre on everyday indoor floors

The trolley is fitted with four grey rubber swivel castors with a diameter of 100 mm. Full swivel movement helps when you need to turn in front of shelves, change direction in tight spaces or position the trolley accurately beside a workstation. The grey rubber tread also supports smooth movement on common indoor floors.
