Whether you are weighing out a small batch in the lab or checking incoming parts at the goods-in desk, you need the number on the display to be clear and repeatable. The LEM7 is a bench/table precision scale with a built-in parts counting function, made for everyday work in production, warehouses and laboratories. As a bench scale, it is easy to place next to a packing line, a kitting station or a lab worktop.

The weighing platform is stainless steel and measures 180 × 170 mm. It is a sensible choice for daily use because it handles routine wear and wipes clean quickly. The backlit LCD display shows 20 mm digits, which helps when you are working in low light, moving fast, or simply want the reading to be visible from a normal standing position.

Simple keys, no fuss

Operation stays straightforward: ON/OFF, zero/reset and PCS for parts counting. This is exactly what many teams want from a parts counting scale, clear functions that speed up the job instead of slowing it down. Resetting the display after placing a container is quick, and you can move directly from weighing to counting when the task changes.

Parts counting is most valuable when you handle consistent items and need quick confirmation. Set a reference by weighing a known sample quantity, then add the batch and let the scale calculate the piece count automatically. It is a practical way to reduce manual counting and the small mistakes that tend to appear at the end of a long shift.

Weighing units that support international work

Unit selection is done at the touch of a button. The scale supports g, oz, lb, dwt, ozt, ct and ToLA. In practice, this makes it easier to follow customer or supplier requirements without converting values manually, and it also supports specialist units used in precious metals and jewellery work.

RS serial interface for easier recording and traceability

If weight results must be recorded, the weakest link is often manual entry. The LEM7 includes an RS serial interface as standard, which makes it possible to transfer weighing results directly to a connected system. This supports cleaner documentation in an ERP or laboratory environment and can also help with labelling and reporting when a printer is connected.

Choose the right capacity and readability

LEM7 is available in four capacity and readability options. The right choice depends on what you weigh most often and how fine a resolution you need for your work.

Power options and operating conditions

The scale runs on six AA batteries or on the supplied mains adapter. This gives you flexibility: keep it on mains power at a fixed workstation, or use batteries when you need to move the scale between work points. The operating temperature range is 0 to +30 °C. LEM7 is CE approved.
