These self-seal postal boxes are a tape-free solution for fast dispatch, combining an automatic bottom (quick bottom) with an integrated tear strip in the lid. You assemble the box quickly, close it without separate packing tape, and the receiver opens it neatly in seconds.
For warehouses and shipping desks, the biggest benefit is consistency: fewer manual steps, a tidy closure every time, and a return-ready solution that customers can manage on their own. These self-seal postal boxes help keep your packing flow smooth from dispatch to possible returns.
Sold in bundles. One bundle contains 10 boxes.

These self-seal postal boxes are designed to make dispatch smoother: the box sets up fast, closes without separate packing tape, opens neatly for the receiver, and can be closed again if a return is needed. The idea is simple: remove unnecessary steps without compromising the basics. You still choose the right size, protect the product properly and label the shipment correctly, but the box itself helps you work faster and more consistently.
The built-in automatic bottom (also known as a crash lock bottom) is made for speed. Instead of folding the base panels and taping the bottom seam, you form the box and the bottom locks into place as part of the structure. Automatic bottoms also support predictable packing quality. A base that locks into place reduces the chance of a poorly taped seam, and it keeps the box shape stable while you load the contents.
A good unboxing experience is not only about branding. It is also about avoiding damage and improving safety. The tear strip in the lid lets the receiver open the box in a controlled way, without blades that can scratch products or cut through protective inner packaging. The opening is clean and tidy, which is especially useful when the box is reused or needs to be inspected during receiving.
The lid flap includes a double adhesive area. The first adhesive strip is used for the outgoing shipment. If the customer needs to return the item, the second adhesive surface allows the same box to be closed again without adding separate tape. This simple detail supports smoother reverse logistics and helps you keep the return process predictable.
The boxes are made from durable, recyclable cardboard and can be placed in cardboard recycling after use. By removing the need for separate packing tape in normal use, you also reduce plastic in the packaging flow. When returns are part of your operation, the second adhesive strip can also reduce extra tape use on the way back.
