Load capacity for heavy, awkward loads

An 800 kg load capacity gives this heavy-duty board trolley the strength needed for serious transport work. It is a good fit when the load is too heavy, too wide or too awkward for lighter warehouse trolleys. Sheet materials, panels, MDF, plasterboard, metal sheets and other flat or bulky goods can be moved on one platform without the trolley feeling underbuilt for the job.

Load bars keep transport under control

The Series 100 board trolley is supplied with two load bars as standard. They help keep sheet goods and longer items in position during transport and make it easier to adapt the trolley to different load shapes. Extra load bars are available when you need more control or want to divide the platform for different types of material.

Easy steering without losing stability

The trolley runs on two fixed castors and two swivel castors with a diameter of 200 mm. This wheel setup is a solid choice for industrial movement because it combines straight-line stability with practical manoeuvrability. On longer transfers, the fixed castors help the trolley track cleanly. In narrower aisles, loading areas and turning points, the swivel castors make direction changes smoother and more controlled.

The 200 mm wheel diameter also helps the board and panel trolley roll more easily through everyday variations in flooring and across typical warehouse transitions. Because the wheels are solid rubber, the trolley is suited to regular indoor material handling where dependable movement matters more than delicate, specialised handling.

The Series 100 platform trolley is available in three sizes, so you can choose a deck that suits the materials you actually move instead of working around a one-size-fits-all platform.

The Series 100 board and panel trolley is available in both braked and unbraked versions.

• A braked version can be the better option when loading takes place on ramps, on slightly sloping floors or in areas where the trolley needs to stay still during handling.
