The Silver Series heavy-duty manual pallet truck is made for workdays where a light-duty truck would soon feel out of place. It is intended for heavy loads, repeated handling and sites where pallet movement is part of the daily rhythm. In a warehouse, dispatch area or production hall, the right pallet truck is not just a lifting tool. It keeps materials moving, helps reduce waiting time and gives operators a reliable way to handle pallets without bringing in a forklift for every short transfer. This model has a specially reinforced construction, an overload valve and low-maintenance components selected for long service life. The Silver Series is available with 900 mm, 1500 mm and 2000 mm fork lengths. The right choice depends on the pallet, the load and the working space.

• The 900 mm version is compact and has the highest lifting capacity in the series. It is suitable when the pallet or load allows a shorter fork and the operator needs good manoeuvrability in tighter spaces.
• The 1500 mm and 2000 mm versions are intended for longer loads, larger pallet bases and situations where longer fork support is needed.

Fast lifting for efficient pallet movement

The lifting range of the Silver Series pallet truck is 85–205 mm. This is a practical range for normal pallet handling, allowing the forks to slide under the pallet at the lower position and lift the load enough for transport. Each pump stroke raises the forks by 7 mm. When pallets are moved one after another, quick lifting helps the operator get the load clear of the floor in fewer movements and continue to the next task. The hydraulic unit is protected by an overload valve. Its role is to help protect the truck when the load is too heavy for the selected model.

PU tandem fork rollers with entry and exit rollers

Good rolling performance is one of the clearest differences between a basic pallet truck and a heavy-duty pallet truck. The Silver Series uses PU tandem fork rollers. Polyurethane rollers roll smoothly, help absorb shocks and are kind to industrial floors when the surface is suitable. They also offer good resistance to oil and chemicals, which is useful in workshops, factories and production areas where the floor is not always perfectly clean.

The load wheel area is fitted with entry and exit rollers in front of and behind the load rollers. These small rollers help the forks pass over pallet boards and make it easier to drive into a pallet. They are particularly useful when pallets are worn, uneven or handled often. Instead of the fork tips catching too easily, the rollers support smoother entry and exit. The Silver Series has RS-sealed, maintenance-free bearings and bushings, which are designed to withstand repeated movement and load cycles.
