The RST stainless steel shelf trolley is designed for professional use in the food industry, pharmaceuticals and cleanroom environments where cleanliness is part of the process every day.

Built for daily washdown in demanding environments

Rust stains and rough joints are not welcome in hygienic areas. With this stainless steel shelving trolley, the aim is straightforward: a clean, durable structure that does not trap dirt and is easy to wash. The welded joints are finished smooth, and the frame is designed so that dirt does not have obvious pockets to sit in. During washdown, the trolley does not block drainage, and it is easy to roll aside to clean floors and walls properly.

The stainless steel materials are selected to resist corrosion and many common cleaning chemicals, including acidic agents used in industrial cleaning. If your environment is washed often or you work with strong detergents, stainless is the sensible choice because it keeps its surface quality without extra coatings.

Choose the stainless grade: AISI 430 or AISI 304

This RST shelf trolley is available in two material options. Both are stainless, but they suit slightly different environments.

• AISI 430 / 1.4016: a practical stainless option for general hygienic use where good corrosion resistance is required.
• AISI 304 / 1.4301: a higher corrosion-resistance stainless option, often selected when cleaning is intensive and chemical exposure is more demanding.

4 or 5 shelf levels, with stable welded shelves

The trolley is available in two heights. The 1800 mm model has 4 shelf levels, and the 2000 mm model has 5 shelf levels. Each shelf is welded and reinforced, which helps the trolley stay rigid when it is fully loaded.

Load capacity is rated at 50 kg/m² per shelf level with evenly distributed weight. The C-profile reinforcement beams support the shelf and spread the load into the frame. For everyday work this means less flexing and a trolley that stays steady even when you move heavier boxes, containers or tools between workstations.

You can choose the shelf surface to match how you work. Smooth shelves are easy to wipe and suit sealed containers. Perforated shelves can be a smart option when you want liquids to drain and surfaces to dry faster after washdown.

Easy handling

The RST stainless steel shelf trolley runs on four Ø125 mm swivel castors. It turns easily in narrow aisles and controlled zones, and it stays stable during loading because two castors are braked. Lock the brakes during picking, loading or unloading, and release them when you need to move again. This simple detail improves safety and keeps work flowing.
