Strapping Tool Kit 3 gives you a ready-to-use, mobile setup: a strapping trolley / strap dispenser, PET strapping and the H-45-16 battery strapping tool.
OP-8 / H-84 trolley: suitable for PET, PP and steel strapping with a 406 mm core.
H-45-16 tool: for 12–16 mm PET strapping, tension up to 2500 N and a 2.0 Ah Li-ion battery for around 250 straps per charge.

This package combines three matched parts:
Roll the trolley next to the pallet, pull out the strap, and complete the joint with the cordless tool. The H-45-16 tensions, seals by friction welding and cuts the strap in one sequence, so you don’t need separate devices to finish the job.
The trolley keeps the whole setup organised. The strapping coil stays stable, the strap pays out smoothly, and you have a dedicated place for small accessories. The durable steel frame is powder coated in red and fitted with wheels so it can be moved easily between packing points.
The included PET (polyester) strapping is 15.5 mm wide and 0.7 mm thick. This strap size is designed for medium-heavy and heavy loads where you want good strength and impact resistance for transport handling.
This PET strapping is UV stabilised, making it suitable for outdoor storage and export shipments where loads may stand outside or be exposed to changing conditions before they reach the customer.
The H-45-16 is a cordless combination tool for PET strapping. It is designed to speed up repetitive strapping work and reduce the number of separate tools needed at the packing point.
Because it’s battery powered, the H-45-16 lets you strap where the load is, not where the cable reaches.
