Battery-powered strapping tool H-45 – fast PP & PET strapping

The H-45 battery-powered strapping tool is built for routine work: tensioning, sealing and cutting happen in one compact handheld unit, started with a single button press. Because the H-45 runs on a Bosch battery, it works without a power cord. That makes it a practical choice in warehouses, logistics centres and industrial environments where the load is not always next to a fixed packing station.

One-button workflow

The working method is straightforward. Form the strap around the load, insert the strap ends, place the tool on the strap loop and start the cycle. The H-45 tensions the strap, seals the joint and cuts the strap automatically. This reduces manual handling and helps operators keep a steady pace, even when the shift includes a mix of pallet sizes and package types.

Easy strap threading

The H-45 is designed so that both strap ends are inserted into the same opening, which makes threading quicker and less fiddly. For the operator, that means less re-positioning of the strap, fewer missed starts, and a shorter learning curve for new users.

For PP and PET strapping

The H-45 is intended for the two most common plastic strapping materials used in shipping and internal logistics:

• PP strapping (polypropylene): suitable strap thickness 0.55–1.05 mm.
• PET strapping (polyester): suitable strap thickness 0.50–1.05 mm.

Adjustable strap tension for different loads

Not every shipment needs the same strap force. Light cartons, stacked boxes and heavy pallet loads behave differently when tension is applied. With the H-45, strap tension is adjustable between 60 and 250 kg, so you can choose a lower setting for delicate packaging and a higher setting when you need a tighter hold on a rigid load.

Tensioning speed and battery performance

The H-45 tensioning speed is 270 mm/second, supporting a steady workflow when you strap multiple items in a row. Battery performance is specified as up to 160 strapping cycles per charge with PET and up to 300 strapping cycles per charge with PP.

To match common strap widths, the H-45 battery-powered strapping tool is available in two models:

• 12 mm model: suitable for 11–13 mm strap widths
• 16 mm model: suitable for 16 mm strap width
