The Finnish-made Treston Concept trolley is a height-adjustable workstation trolley that gives a busy workstation extra work surface exactly where it is needed. Use it beside a Concept or WB workbench, as a mobile auxiliary table on an assembly line, or as a practical place for tools, components and packing materials during changing tasks.
The steel-framed industrial trolley carries up to 150 kg and has a durable laminate worktop that is easy to keep clean in everyday production use. The working height is adjusted with an Allen key within 650–900 mm, so the trolley can be set to suit seated work, standing work or different users. An integrated lower shelf keeps materials close at hand without taking over the main worktop.

Some tasks need a fixed workbench. Others need a work surface that follows the work. The Treston Concept height-adjustable workstation trolley is made for those situations: extra bench space for tools, parts, test equipment or packing materials, without rebuilding the whole workstation. A Finnish-made Treston product, it can stand beside a Treston Concept or WB workbench as an additional work surface, or it can work on its own as a compact mobile auxiliary table in production, maintenance, assembly, quality control and packing areas.
The Treston Concept trolley has a strong steel frame and a total maximum load capacity of 150 kg. That makes it suitable for heavier hand tools, boxes of components, small machines, measuring devices and other materials normally used at industrial workstations. The top worktop measures 500 × 690 mm, giving enough room for active work while keeping the trolley compact and easy to position in narrow aisles or between benches. The durable laminate worktop gives a smooth, practical surface for assembly and service work and is straightforward to wipe down after use.
The working height can be adjusted from 650 to 900 mm with an Allen key. This range allows the trolley to be matched to seated tasks, standing tasks and different workbench heights. Correct working height matters when tools, parts and screens are used repeatedly during the shift. A height-adjustable workstation trolley helps place the task at a more natural level, especially in assembly, testing, repair and packing work.
The integrated lower shelf gives the Treston Concept trolley a second storage level. The lower shelf measures 400 × 690 mm and has a maximum load capacity of 25 kg. It is useful for component boxes, small cartons, manuals, measuring equipment and items that should be kept close but not on the main worktop. This helps separate active work from storage and keeps the upper surface free for the task being carried out.
An optional extra shelf is available for the space between the top worktop and the lower shelf. The extra shelf measures 400 × 500 mm and can be used when more separated storage is needed for small parts, tools or documents. The trolley can also be equipped with compatible accessories such as a 30-series drawer unit, when a more organised mobile workstation is required.
The steel frame is powder-coated in light grey RAL 7035. The finish gives the trolley a clean industrial look and helps the frame stand up to normal daily use in production and workshop environments. Because the frame, worktop and shelves are built for professional use, the trolley suits demanding environments where ordinary office furniture would not be practical. The compact frame also makes it easier to place the trolley beside existing benches without blocking the operator’s movement or the flow of materials.
The trolley moves on four 100 mm swivel castors. Two of the castors are fitted with brakes, so the trolley can be rolled into position and locked for safer use during the task. Swivel castors make the trolley easy to steer around benches, packing tables, test stations and service areas. The brakes are important when the trolley is used as a working surface rather than only as a transport trolley.
For electronics assembly, testing, repair and other work involving electrostatic-sensitive components, the Treston Concept trolley is also available as an ESD-protected version. In an EPA area, the furniture, tools, personnel and floor must work together as part of the same ESD control system. Choosing the ESD version helps keep the mobile work surface aligned with this type of controlled workstation environment. It is also a relevant option where workstation furniture must fit procedures based on standards such as IEC 61340-5-1.
