Some trolleys only move boxes. The low Treston Multi trolley is the kind of shelf trolley that earns its place because the work keeps changing through the day. In one shift it might carry components to assembly, hold tools beside a bench, move packing materials between stations or support picking in a warehouse aisle. That flexibility is what makes this model such a useful fit for industrial and technical environments.

The low frame keeps the trolley practical in everyday use. It is easy to position next to workstations, along production lines and in picking areas where quick access matters more than extra height. At the same time, the construction is made for serious use, with a total load capacity of 300 kg and a powder-coated steel frame in light grey RAL 7035. Choose the right size for the job

The low Treston Multi trolley is available in three module sizes: M500, M750 and M900. That makes it easier to choose a version that suits both the load and the layout of the working area. In tighter spaces, a narrower trolley is easier to steer between benches, machines or shelving. In wider aisles or applications where more shelf width is useful, the larger module sizes give extra room for bins, parts, tools and supplies.

This modular sizing also opens the door to a broader range of compatible accessories. Instead of buying a trolley that works for only one fixed task, you can build a layout around the way work is actually done.

Two adjustable shelves for transport, picking and mobile work

The two-shelf layout keeps the trolley straightforward and effective. There is enough space for clear separation of items without making it too tall or visually crowded. Both shelves can be adjusted in 30 mm increments, so the trolley can be set up for taller items, lower bins or a more task-specific arrangement. When product sizes change, the shelf positions can change with them, instead of forcing the user to work around a fixed layout.

The shelf tilt function adds another layer of usability. Each shelf can be tilted from 0 to 25 degrees in five positions. Kept flat, the trolley works well for moving tools, cartons, small equipment and supplies. Tilted forward, the shelves can make small parts, picking bins and frequently used items easier to see and reach. That is particularly useful when the trolley is used as an order picking trolley or as a support trolley beside an assembly or packing station.

Easy to move and stable when parked

The Treston Multi trolley is equipped with an ergonomic handle and four swivel castors that help it turn smoothly in everyday use. The 125 mm castors are suited to typical industrial floors, and because all four swivel, the trolley is easy to guide around corners, into position next to a bench, or along narrow working routes.

Two of the castors are fitted with brakes. That matters once the trolley is loaded and parked beside a workstation. Braked castors help keep it where it should stay during loading, picking and light assembly work. The trolley remains mobile when needed, but it does not feel unsettled when the work starts. That balance between movement and control is one of the reasons this model can serve not only as a transport trolley, but also as a compact mobile workstation.

A modular trolley that grows with the workflow

The Treston Multi trolley is built around the M-module system, which is one of the main reasons it works in so many roles. Depending on the chosen module size, the trolley can be equipped with a broad range of accessories, including picking bins, shelves, perforated back panels and perforated panel cabinets. This gives the trolley a longer useful life, because it can be adapted instead of replaced when processes change.

ESD option for EPA areas

Where electronic components are handled, the low Treston Multi trolley is also available as an ESD shelf trolley for EPA areas. That makes it suitable for environments where electrostatic discharge must be controlled during transport, storage and work between stations.

The frame is made from powder-coated steel, which gives the trolley the durability expected in production, warehouse and maintenance environments. The RAL 7035 light grey finish keeps the look consistent with other industrial furniture and makes the trolley easy to integrate into existing work areas. With a 300 kg total load capacity, the construction is robust enough for demanding daily use without becoming unnecessarily bulky.
