When parts, tools or packed goods need to move quickly between shelves, workstations and dispatch areas, the trolley itself has to stay practical. The Treston TRTA adjustable shelf trolley gives you four usable levels in a compact steel design that is easy to steer, easy to organise and ready for everyday work in warehouses, production areas and workshops.
This 4-shelf trolley has a 300 kg total load capacity, with up to 50 kg per shelf. All shelves can be adjusted individually, so the trolley adapts to boxes, components, tools and other items that do not always stay the same size. The epoxy powder-coated steel frame and shelves are finished in light grey for durable day-to-day use.
Extra shelves and mesh end panels are available when the shelf trolley needs to match changing storage and transport requirements.

Treston TRTA adjustable 4-shelf trolley gives you four shelf levels in a compact footprint, so tools, components, cartons and packed goods stay organised and easy to move from one point to the next. This adjustable shelf trolley is a practical choice when you need one unit to cover several jobs instead of buying separate transport equipment for each task. In a warehouse it can support order picking, replenishment and staging. In production it works well for moving parts between stations or keeping material close to the workstation. In workshops it helps keep tools and supplies visible, sorted and within reach.
The Treston TRTA is a steel shelf trolley with a sturdy but easy-to-move construction. The frame and shelves are made from epoxy powder-coated steel in a light grey finish, which gives the trolley a durable surface for daily handling. Treston uses round steel tube end frames on the TRTA range, and that simple construction helps the trolley stay solid in use while keeping the design clean and practical. For this 4-shelf trolley, the overall dimensions are 1090 mm wide, 530 mm deep and 1515 mm high. Each shelf measures 1000 x 430 mm, which gives you generous usable space without making the trolley too large for normal aisles, work areas or storage zones.
The main strength of this shelf trolley is not only the number of levels, but the fact that all shelves are individually adjustable. That makes the trolley easier to set up for the goods you actually handle instead of forcing the load to fit a fixed layout. You can leave more clearance between selected shelves for taller items, create a tighter layout for smaller packages or separate products by task, order or process stage.
The load capacity supports that flexibility. The trolley has a maximum load capacity of 300 kg, and each shelf is rated for 50 kg. That combination makes the TRTA suitable for heavier day-to-day loads while still keeping the structure practical and easy to handle. Whether the trolley is used as a warehouse shelf trolley, a workshop shelf trolley or a line-side storage unit, those figures give enough capacity for a wide range of routine industrial tasks.
A shelf trolley with wheels only works well when movement stays smooth and controlled. The Treston TRTA is fitted with four Ø125 mm swivel castors, and two of those castors have brakes. Four swivel castors are especially useful when the trolley has to change direction often. That might happen in narrow warehouse aisles, between workstations in production or in technical service areas where equipment, benches and storage all share the same floor space. Instead of fighting the trolley through tight corners, operators can guide it where it needs to go and stop it when the load has to stay put. The wheel setup also supports the trolley’s role as mobile storage. It can be rolled to the point of use, parked safely and used as a temporary shelf unit next to a bench, machine, packing station or inspection area.
The TRTA range is designed to stay useful even when the layout or the load changes over time. Extra shelves are available for the trolley, so the configuration can be expanded when more levels are needed. Mesh end panels are also available. They help create a more enclosed setup for goods that benefit from extra retention during movement, while still keeping the trolley open enough for quick access.
Some environments need protection against electrostatic discharge, especially when electronics or other static-sensitive components are handled. For that reason, the TRTA is also available as an ESD shelf trolley. This gives the same basic trolley concept in a version suited to areas where static control is part of normal working practice.
