The Treston TRHA extra shelf gives the TRTA trolley extra storage space without increasing floor area, which makes it a practical upgrade when boxes, parts, tools or picked items start to compete for the same shelf. Instead of overloading one level or stacking goods on top of each other, you can divide the load more cleanly and keep the trolley easier to use throughout the shift.

This extra shelf is made for the Treston TRTA adjustable trolley. The shelf itself is steel, height-adjustable within the trolley layout and available in both standard and ESD versions. That means the same product family works in general warehouse and production use as well as in ESD-protected environments where sensitive electronics and components need more controlled handling. Maximum load is 50 kg per shelf.

Why an extra shelf is worth adding

In daily use, a well-configured shelf trolley saves time in simple ways. It is easier to separate picking lines, keep parts in sequence, place heavier items low and lighter items higher, or reserve one level for tools and paperwork while the main shelves carry products or components. The extra shelf helps you use the height of the TRTA trolley more efficiently, which is often better than switching to a larger trolley when the footprint already fits the aisle, workstation or packing area.

Standard steel shelf or ESD extra shelf

The standard version is the right choice when you need a durable steel extra shelf for general industrial use. The ESD extra shelf is intended for ESD-protected trolley setups used around electronic parts and other static-sensitive items. If your TRTA trolley is part of an EPA, the ESD version is the safer and more appropriate option.

Because the TRTA trolley itself is designed as an adjustable, modular trolley, the extra shelf fits naturally into the same concept. You are not locked into a fixed shelf layout from day one. As workloads, container sizes or picking routines change, the trolley can be reconfigured to keep materials at a sensible height and in a sensible order.

The shelf is made of epoxy powder-coated steel and designed specifically for the TRTA trolley system. The steel construction supports daily use in environments where the trolley moves between workstations, storage points, packing stations and production cells. The shelf has a maximum load of 50 kg.
