Designed for organised tyre storage

The rack structure is designed specifically for tyres. Instead of flat shelves that can make handling awkward, tyres are supported on beam levels intended for tyre storage. Storing tyres correctly is also about protecting your stock. A clean, structured tyre store supports better stock rotation and helps keep sets together.

Because the beam levels are height-adjustable, you can adapt the rack to different tyre diameters and stock volumes. This is useful when you store a mix of car tyres of different sizes and profiles, or seasonal sets that come in and out during peak weeks.

Use vertical space and keep the floor clear

One of the main reasons to choose a tyre storage rack is simple: the rack uses height that would otherwise be unused. When tyres are stored vertically in a rack, you can keep aisles clear and reduce the amount of floor space taken up by “temporary” stacks.

Tyres are not all the same size, and storage needs change. Adjustable beam levels give you the freedom to set the spacing you need. If your tyre mix changes during the year, the rack can be reconfigured by moving the beams to a new height. • Rack depth: 400 mm (optimised for storing car tyres)
• Beam lengths: 900, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2100 or 2400 mm

Upright height is typically chosen based on ceiling height and how many storage levels you want. Depth stays consistent at 400 mm, which is a practical dimension for storing car tyres without wasting space. Beam length affects both how many tyres you can place on one level and the level load capacity. Choose the beam length according to the tyres you store and the load capacity you need per level.
