The Zallys M5 industrial electric power pusher is a pedestrian operated machine for moving heavy wheeled loads up to 4,000 kg. It removes the need for manual pushing and pulling, so one operator can move trolleys, roll cages and trailers with steady, electric drive power.
Large pneumatic tyres and a low gear ratio give the power pusher excellent traction on concrete, asphalt and compacted gravel. Kerbs, thresholds and loading ramps are crossed in a controlled way, without sudden shocks to the load or to the operator.
The unit is powered by two 72 Ah AGM batteries that provide long running time for a full shift. The gas spring assisted tiller arm folds upright when parked, so the industrial electric power pusher takes up minimal floor space at the charging point.
An optional steel load cage with 300 kg capacity allows you to carry spare parts, packaging material or tools on the machine itself, cutting down on separate trips.

As a pedestrian tug with a towing capacity of 4,000 kg, it is a practical alternative to manual handling and can reduce the need for forklifts in short distance moves. One operator walks behind the machine, controls the speed from the tiller arm and lets the electric drive provide the force.
The industrial electric power pusher combines a robust electric motor with a low gear ratio that brings heavy trolleys into motion smoothly. Once the load is moving, the machine maintains a steady speed so there are no sudden jumps or stops. The compact three wheel design and short overall length of the Zallys M5 make it easy to manoeuvre in narrow aisles, between machines and around tight corners.
As standard, the electric tug is equipped with large pneumatic wheels which give excellent grip and ride comfort. Compared with solid rubber, pneumatic tyres absorb shocks from uneven floors, joints and small obstacles. On loading ramps, yard areas or rough concrete, the wheels follow the surface and help keep traction.
The tow tug is powered by two 72 Ah AGM batteries, giving 144 Ah of capacity. This provides long operating time and is sized so that a typical shift can be completed without unplanned charging breaks. AGM technology is sealed and low maintenance, which suits industrial environments where reliability is critical. The batteries are mounted in a tray that can be removed quickly for service or exchange. A quick connector simplifies disconnecting the pack.
Many transport tasks combine a heavy trolley with smaller parts, tools or packaging that need to follow along. The M5 industrial electric power pusher solves this with an optional steel load cage mounted on top of the chassis. The cage has a load capacity of 300 kg and keeps smaller items within easy reach of the operator.
The Zallys M5 is a pedestrian operated tug that is driven from a tiller arm at the front of the machine. A gas spring supports the weight of the arm, so it can be lowered into the working position and raised again with minimal effort. When the job is finished, the tiller arm folds into a vertical position and locks in place. In this storage position the electric tug takes up very little floor space.
The connection between the power pusher and the load is critical for safe handling. The Zallys M5 can be equipped with a wide selection of couplings: simple pin hitches, height adjustable hooks or other customer specific solutions.
All Zallys machines are manufactured in Italy in accordance with current CE standards. The M5 industrial electric power pusher is built on a robust, powder coated steel chassis sized for demanding industrial use. Clear controls on the tiller arm make the machine easy to learn, even for new operators.
