The Zallys M9 is a pedestrian tow tractor that brings heavy, wheeled loads under precise control inside factories, warehouses and service facilities. By pairing a compact chassis with a powerful electric drive, one operator can move up to 3,000 kg on a level, even floor without manual effort. Visibility remains high and manoeuvring is straightforward even in tight working areas.

Compact design

Many sites have corridors, mezzanines and workstations where a ride‑on tow tractor or forklift would be excessive or cannot turn. The Zallys M9 has a short wheelbase and low profile that let it rotate in tight spaces and position loads with accuracy. The compact design also reduces the risk of incidental contact with racks and fixtures. When parked, the gas‑spring tiller folds and locks into an upright position, cutting the floor space required and keeping the handle clear of pass‑through areas.

3,000 kg towing on level floors

Rated to pull up to 3,000 kg on flat, even surfaces, the M9 electric tug covers most internal towing tasks from tool carts to trains of trolleys. Real‑world capacity always depends on rolling resistance and conditions such as floor type, wheel material and the geometry of the towing hitch. That is why the coupling is specified for each application. We supply the right hitch height and style so the tug connects reliably to dollies, roll cages, carts or a pallet train and transfers force efficiently to the drive wheel.

Dual 96 Ah AGM battery pack

Power comes from two 96 Ah AGM batteries. The capacity is sized for long operating windows, reducing charging downtime during normal shifts. The quick‑change connector makes battery swaps straightforward when the workload peaks or when a second pack is kept on charge. AGM technology is robust and maintenance‑friendly for industrial use where predictable performance matters.

Optional 300 kg cargo bin

Some tasks require small parts and consumables to travel with the towing vehicle. For these cases, the Zallys M9 can be fitted with a lockable steel cargo bin on the top of the chassis. With a 300 kg load rating, the bin holds tools, spare parts or packaging so the operator can transport goods and supplies in one pass.

Ergonomics and space saving with a gas‑spring folding tiller

The tiller on the M9 electric tug is assisted by a gas spring that reduces the effort required to position the handle. The mechanism helps operators adjust the tiller smoothly to their preferred height and then fold it upright for storage. Locked upright, the tug takes minimal floor space at the end of a shift or at a charging point.

The chassis is powder‑coated steel for durability. Electrical components and the battery pack are placed within the frame for protection. The layout makes routine inspection and servicing accessible.
