The SV 4 is a nimble, Finnish‑made waste sack trolley built from bent steel tube for everyday recycling and refuse handling. Weighing just 6 kg, it turns easily in narrow aisles yet holds a 150 L sack securely in place. The X‑frame geometry and a steel wire grid under the sack prevent the bottom from stretching, so bags stay intact even as the load grows. Four solid rubber castors glide quietly over tile, concrete and PVC floors.

This lightweight sack trolley combines an X‑frame sack trolley layout with a rigid steel tube frame, so it is quick to steer between racks yet stays solid under load. A wire grid shelf beneath the bag supports the base so a 150 L waste sack doesn’t sag or split.
The SV 4 is formed from domestic steel tube and assembled to withstand the knocks of warehouse, production and back‑of‑house environments. At only 6 kg, operators won’t waste energy wrestling a heavy frame; push forces stay manageable even when the sack fills with dense materials like glass off‑cuts or metal scrap. The balanced centre of gravity and the open X‑frame geometry help the trolley track straight and resist tipping in narrow aisles.
Four Ø 75 mm solid rubber castors provide smooth, low‑noise rolling on tile, concrete and PVC. Solid tyres mean no punctures and no flats. The hubs use slide bearings that are effectively maintenance‑free: there are no ball bearings to rattle or grease, and the trolley stays ready for service shift after shift.
Changeovers are quick. The sack mouth is secured by a spring‑loaded, spring‑latch bag ring that cinches in seconds and releases just as easily when it’s time to swap a full bag for an empty one.
A tall push handle promotes an upright posture and places the sack opening at a natural working height around the waist. That means less bending and fewer awkward reaches during sorting or bag removal. Smooth edges and a clean outer profile reduce the risk of scuffing door frames, shelving and pallet racking as the trolley moves through the building.
The SV 4 accepts standard 150 L refuse sacks commonly used in warehouses, manufactories and logistics hubs. The rigid wire grid directly beneath the sack base spreads the load across the full footprint of the bag, limiting localised stretching. That extra under‑support helps maintain bag integrity when you’re dealing with heavy fractions such as metals, broken glass or dense mixed waste.
