The Zallys M10 is a compact, pedestrian‑operated electric tow tug engineered for moving heavy trailers and carts in production plants, warehouses and assembly halls. With a rated towing capacity of 10,000 kg and a factory‑fitted electric lifting hitch, the M10 eliminates manual handling, shortens move times and improves ergonomics on every shift.
The M10’s integrated lifting hitch is supplied as standard. Press the control and the hitch lifts, locks to the drawbar and you are ready to tow. Because the hitch lifts the tow eye clear, there is no need for the operator to take the load’s weight by hand.
The gas‑spring assisted tiller arm tracks the operator’s movements smoothly, providing precise control in aisles and busy work areas. When parking, the tiller folds upright to save floor space – a practical advantage wherever every square metre matters. The walking position keeps visibility excellent, allowing the operator to monitor both the tug and the trailer path without blind spots.
A robust 335 Ah AGM battery supplies long operating time with no topping‑up or acid handling. AGM technology is sealed and low‑maintenance, and the built‑in charger allows quick opportunity charging during breaks to maximise productive hours and extend battery life. The high capacity supports long routes and repeated coupling operations throughout a shift.
The maintenance‑free AC motor removes exhaust gases from indoor areas and reduces noise compared with engine‑powered equipment. Smooth torque delivery helps the operator to position trailers accurately without jolts, while controlled acceleration protects floors and tyres.
All Zallys equipment is manufactured in Italy to applicable CE machinery directives. The M10 includes an acoustic warning device, emergency stop and load protection functions that safeguard people and property when working in production areas and warehouses.
