Structurally it resembles pallet racking, but it is the lighter, hand-picked option for non-palletised goods such as cartons, totes, spare parts and tyres. With four beam levels and a rated load capacity of 470 kg per level, you can build tidy storage that stays stable in everyday use. The overall height of 2500 mm helps you use vertical space efficiently without turning the picking area into an obstacle course.

Configuration and dimensions

The layout is straightforward: two bays placed side by side, each with a 1865 mm span, giving an overall run length of 2 × 1865 mm + 50 mm = 3780 mm. The 600 mm depth is a practical fit for common warehouse cartons, bins and many tyre sizes, keeping goods within reach while maintaining tidy aisles.

Fast to build, easy to reconfigure

Steel shelf panels give a smooth, durable shelf surface

Each level is supplied with steel shelf panels, creating a solid deck for loose goods. A smooth steel shelf surface supports cartons and plastic bins evenly, and it’s a sensible choice in environments where shelves see daily abrasion from lifting, sliding and repositioning products. For many warehouses, steel shelves also make it easier to keep storage areas tidy, because small packaging debris is simple to spot and remove.

Two-tone finish for clear visibility

In busy picking areas, small details can make daily work more reliable. The upright frames are delivered in parts and finished in a dark grey shade (RAL 7024). The beams and steel shelf panels are light grey (RAL 7035).
