This compact mobile storage workstation is well suited to vehicle and machinery assembly lines, service bays, maintenance departments and other industrial work where the layout changes, the pace is steady and floor space is too valuable to waste. The structure is based on the M750 module size, so the tower can be configured with a wide range of compatible accessories to suit the task, not the other way around.

Built for point-of-use storage

Treston Tower works well as point-of-use storage. The idea is simple: keep the tools, consumables and parts close to the task so the operator does not need to leave the station over and over again. The tower can move storage right next to the assembly point, the maintenance target or the inspection task. In many factories, that also makes it a practical lineside storage solution.

Easy to configure with M750 accessories

The frame uses the M750 upright module, and that is one of the main strengths of the Treston Tower. Most M750 accessories can be added without turning the unit into a special project. Perforated back panels create visible tool storage and a clear tool panel surface for hooks and holders. Steel shelves provide flat storage for parts, documents and supplies. Flow-through shelves can be used when you want gravity-assisted part presentation and a more controlled replenishment pattern. Depending on the setup, the tower can serve as a tool storage station, a small parts station, a mobile assembly support point or a mixed-use workstation that does a bit of each.

The perforated back panel M750 Grey ESD uses 9 x 9 mm perforations at 38 mm centres, which makes it suitable for hooks and tool holders arranged according to the job. The steel shelf ESD M750 740 x 400 mm can be installed horizontally or tilted, and the integrated edge can be positioned to suit the application. The flow-through shelf + brackets M750 is strong, tiltable and suitable for FIFO-style material handling at the workstation. That gives the tower real flexibility: one side can hold hand tools, another can carry bins or shelf bins, and another can be set up for component feed.

Mobility when the process moves

Some workstations stay in one place for years. Others move with the product, the maintenance task or the line layout. Treston Tower can be used on a base or fitted with a castor set, depending on how the site operates. The base version carries up to 1000 kg, while the castor-mounted version carries up to 600 kg. That leaves enough capacity for serious everyday use, whether the tower is holding hand tools, fittings, consumables, test gear or bins of components.

The mobile version is especially useful where work zones shift during the day or where support equipment needs to follow the process. A tower that moves with the task can reduce back-and-forth travel, keep equipment close during changeovers and help temporary work areas stay organised instead of turning into improvised storage points.

Standard dimensions and example accessory setup

Core product dimensions are 860 x 880 x 1960 mm, or 2105 mm high with castors. Maximum load capacity is 1000 kg on base and 600 kg with castors. A typical configuration can include perforated back panels for hooks and holders, four steel shelves for flat storage and two flow-through shelves for controlled parts presentation.
