The Treston Multi Trolley High with four adjustable shelves gives you a modular industrial shelf trolley that keeps components close at hand in warehousing, assembly, service and internal logistics. The shelves adjust in 30 mm increments and tilt from 0 to 25°, so bins, cartons and parts stay visible and easier to reach. Retaining edges and shelf mats help keep the load in place during transport. Because the frame is built around Treston M-module accessories, the trolley can be adapted with bins, shelf options, perforated panels and cabinets to suit the task, whether it is used as a picking trolley, a storage trolley or a mobile support station.
The ergonomic handle makes daily movement easier, and the open, modular design leaves room to refine the setup over time instead of replacing the shelf trolley when the work changes.

Some products earn their place in a workshop or warehouse because they do one job well. Others stay in use for years because they can keep up when the job changes. The Treston Multi Trolley with four adjustable shelves belongs firmly in the second group. It is built for day-to-day movement of parts, tools, cartons, instruments and work materials, but it is also designed to adapt as the process around it changes. That combination makes it a practical industrial shelf trolley for production, maintenance, assembly, packing and internal logistics.
The biggest strength of the Treston Multi Trolley High is not only the frame itself, but the system behind it. The trolley is available in three module sizes, M500, M750 and M900, and it is designed to work with Treston’s modular accessories. The same frame can be fitted out for small parts picking, assembly support, maintenance work, packing material storage or line-side replenishment.
Depending on the task, the trolley can be equipped with bins, additional shelf solutions, perforated panels, bin rails and cabinets. Accessories can be rearranged, replaced or added later, and many Treston M-module accessories are shared across compatible workstations and storage solutions.
The four adjustable shelves are the feature that most clearly shapes how the trolley performs in daily use. Shelf height can be adjusted in 30 mm increments, which makes it easier to set the layout for the actual size of bins, boxes, tools or components. When the spacing is right, the trolley becomes tidier, easier to load and faster to use.
The shelves also tilt from 0 to 25°, which improves visibility and access when the trolley is used for picking or for frequently handled parts. In many working environments, a flat shelf is not the most efficient option, especially when operators need to see labels, identify parts quickly or pick small items repeatedly during the shift. The adjustable shelf trolley layout helps bring the contents into view instead of hiding them in a deep horizontal level.
Treston’s product material also highlights retaining edges and shelf mats on the adjustable shelves. Together, they help keep the load in place when the trolley is moved between work areas. That is especially useful when the trolley carries bins, cartons, loose components or measuring accessories that should stay organised instead of shifting around during transport.
The Treston Multi Trolley High is built to stay practical in normal working conditions. The frame includes an ergonomic handle, and the trolley runs on four swivel castors with a 125 mm diameter. Two of the castors are fitted with brakes, so the trolley can be locked in place when loading, unloading, picking or carrying out light task work beside the line or workstation.
The overall load capacity is 300 kg, which gives the trolley enough strength for demanding industrial use while still keeping it manageable in daily traffic. The frame is epoxy powder-coated steel in light grey, RAL 7035, a durable and familiar finish in industrial environments. The high frame format also makes good use of vertical space when floor area is tight and material needs to stay close to the point of use.
Not every workspace needs ESD protection, but where sensitive electronics are handled, it is a requirement rather than a preference. For that reason, the Treston Multi Trolley High is also available as an ESD trolley version. This makes the product family suitable for electronics manufacturing, testing, service and other environments where electrostatic discharge has to be controlled.
Treston places its ESD trolley range within ESD protected area use and states that its ESD-protected furniture complies with international ESD standards, including IEC 61340-5-1, IEC 61340-6-1 and ANSI S20.20.
The trolley is available in three module sizes, giving you a better chance of matching the width of the trolley to the work area and the load. The overall height is 1790 mm and the depth is 760 mm across the high four-shelf models, while the width depends on the module size selected.
