The series includes nine robust models, all with a 400 kg load capacity, so you can choose the size and wheel set-up that suits the way you work. There is nothing overcomplicated about the idea. You get a stable steel platform trolley, a hard-wearing laminated deck, a strong handle frame and wheel options that let you match the trolley to the floor and the load.

Choose the right platform size for the load

Not every load needs the same footprint. That is why the 144 Series platform trolley is available with three deck sizes:

• 700 x 454 mm
• 950 x 554 mm
• 1200 x 604 mm

Because all versions share the same 400 kg capacity, choosing the deck size is really about the shape of the goods and the route the trolley needs to take.

• The smallest size is useful where aisle space is limited and the trolley needs to turn easily around shelving, packing benches or machines.
• The mid-sized version gives you more usable deck area without feeling oversized.
• The largest platform is the right choice when you regularly move larger cartons, bulkier parts or multiple items at the same time.

Wheel options that match the floor conditions

One of the strongest points of the 144 Series is that you are not tied to one wheel type. For smooth indoor floors, the platform trolley is available with 200 mm solid rubber castors. This set-up rolls well in warehouses, packing areas, workshops and other surfaces where you want low rolling resistance and steady handling. Selected models are also available with braked solid rubber castors, which add more control when the trolley needs to stay in place during loading, unloading or temporary stops.

For rougher surfaces and outdoor use, the series is also available with 260 mm pneumatic wheels. A pneumatic-wheel platform trolley is often the better choice when you need to cross uneven ground, thresholds, yard areas or mixed indoor-outdoor routes. The larger wheel diameter helps the trolley travel more smoothly where a standard solid rubber wheel would feel harsher. On solid-rubber models the platform height is 280 mm, while pneumatic-wheel versions sit higher because of the larger wheels.

Strong steel construction with a hard-wearing laminated deck

A platform trolley earns its place by coping with repeated use, not by looking good in a brochure. The 144 Series uses a powder-coated steel construction designed for demanding working environments, and the yellow finish makes the trolley easy to spot in busy areas. The deck is laminated, which gives the loading surface good resistance to daily wear. It also helps keep the platform trolley practical in normal working conditions: the surface is straightforward to wipe down and suits a wide range of goods, from boxes and tools to components and packaged materials.

Built for control, manoeuvrability and repeated use

The 25 mm steel tube handle frame gives the trolley a solid feel in use. Combined with two fixed and two swivel castors, the platform trolley is easy to guide through everyday routes. The fixed wheels help keep the trolley tracking straight, while the swivel castors make it easier to turn, position and steer around corners or workstations. That layout is widely used for warehouse and industrial trolleys because it balances stability with manoeuvrability.
