The frame is made from electro-galvanised tubular steel and designed for dependable daily use. The wire mesh has a 50 x 50 mm mesh size, giving the trolley a structured surface without making it feel closed in or awkward to access. Goods stay visible, operators can check the load quickly and the trolley remains easy to work around from different angles.

Load capacity is equally practical. The base trolley has a load capacity of 200 kg. When shelves are fitted, each shelf carries 100 kg, and the total load capacity of the order picking trolley is 300 kg. That gives you room for heavier picking rounds and mixed loads without losing the flexibility that makes a modular picking trolley useful in the first place.

Easy manoeuvring in aisles, stockrooms and packing areas

This model runs on four swivel castors with a diameter of 125 mm, which gives the trolley smooth handling in warehouse aisles, stockrooms, packing stations and other internal transport areas.
