A good trolley earns its place quickly. It saves walking, keeps the right parts close to the job and makes small internal transport tasks faster. This mesh shelf trolley is made for exactly that kind of everyday use. It gives you two open, easy-to-access levels for tools, cartons, components, packages and other work materials that need to be moved safely from one area to another. The design is simple: a strong steel frame, two spacious mesh shelves, high raised edges and four non-marking swivel castors. With a total load capacity of 250 kg, the trolley is suitable for both lighter items and heavier workplace materials.

Two mesh shelves keep goods visible and easy to reach

The trolley has two shelf levels, each measuring 935 x 535 mm. This gives enough space for boxes, tools, spare parts, small containers and packing materials without making the trolley too wide for normal aisles. The open mesh construction helps the user see what is on the shelf from several angles. The gap between the shelves is 325 mm. This gives practical clearance for many common items used in warehouse, workshop and office environments. Tool cases, small cartons, maintenance supplies and component boxes can be placed on the lower level while the upper level stays available for picking, sorting or temporary storage. The two-level layout also helps separate clean items from used parts, incoming goods from outgoing goods, or tools from consumables.

Raised edges help keep the load in place

Each shelf has 90 mm raised edges. This is one of the most useful details in day-to-day handling, because it helps prevent goods from sliding off the shelf while the trolley is moving. The edge height is high enough to support boxes and loose items, while the open sides still make it easy to lift items in and out. For small parts, fittings, packed goods and work tools, this gives a more secure feeling than a flat shelf with no border.

Four swivel castors for easy manoeuvring

Four 125 mm swivel castors make the trolley easy to steer in tight spaces. Because all four castors turn, the trolley can be guided around racking, benches, packing tables and machinery with less effort. The wheels are non-marking, which makes the trolley suitable for floors where black marks and scuffs need to be avoided. This is useful in warehouses with coated floors, offices, service areas and production spaces where appearance and floor maintenance matter. The 125 mm wheel diameter also gives the trolley a stable rolling feel for normal indoor transport tasks. The trolley is available in an unbraked version and in a braked version. The unbraked model is a good option when the trolley is moved frequently from place to place. The braked version is useful when the trolley needs to stay still during loading, unloading, sorting or picking. Brakes can also be helpful when the trolley is used near workstations, where a loaded trolley should not roll away unexpectedly.
