Finnish-made TRV two-tier shelf trolley is built for warehouse picking, internal transport and distribution runs. It rolls easily, steers predictably and keeps its finish through years of use in warehouses, production halls and distribution centres.

A welded tubular steel frame built to last

The frame is made from welded tubular steel and protected with a grey powder-coated finish. Powder coating is the sensible choice for industrial environments because it resists chipping, stands up to cleaning chemicals and doesn’t flake. Dents and knocks come with the territory in a busy warehouse, and the TRV trolley is ready for them. The tubular construction also keeps the dead weight of the trolley reasonable, so a full 250 kg load still feels manageable to push.

Two shelf versions – with rolled edge or flat

You can pick the version that matches the loads you actually move. The model with the 15 mm rolled edge keeps small cartons, totes and loose parts from sliding off when the trolley corners at the end of a pick aisle, a small detail that stops a lot of dropped items during a fast shift. The flat, open-shelf version gives quicker access to the goods on top and is simple to wipe clean after each use, which matters for food containers, clean engineering parts or any component that shouldn’t collect dust. Both versions share the same two-tier layout. The top shelf sits 775 mm from the floor on the flat model and 790 mm on the rolled-edge version. The free height between the two shelves is 560 mm. That is enough room for standard GN gastronorm pans, the common 600 × 400 mm and 400 × 300 mm Euronorm boxes, and most packaging cartons you’ll see in a typical distribution operation.

Smooth, quiet movement on industrial castors

The TRV trolley rolls on four Ø 125 mm industrial castors. Two are fixed and two swivel, the classic layout that lets the operator push in a straight line down long aisles and then pivot the front end quickly at the rack end. The rubber wheel surface absorbs vibration and keeps the noise level down in shared workspaces. It also protects concrete and epoxy floors from the hard-wheel marks that cheaper castors tend to leave behind, which is a point worth raising if your facility has a polished or coated floor.

Three deck sizes for different aisle widths

The TRV range covers three deck sizes, so you can match the trolley to your aisle layout and to the packages you move most often.

• The 500 × 700 mm deck is the compact pick: it threads through narrow pick aisles and parks neatly at a workstation when floor space is tight.
• The 600 × 800 mm is the general-purpose size most warehouses end up standardising on – it handles a wide mix of cartons and totes without being oversized.
• The 700 × 1000 mm gives the largest footprint for bulky packaging, longer boxes or multi-item picks where you’d rather make one trip than two.

Optional A4 document holder

An A4 document holder is available as a separate accessory. It clips onto the upright tube or the push handle so pick lists, delivery notes and work orders travel with the trolley and stay within reach. Keeping paperwork on the trolley instead of in a back pocket saves time, keeps sheets from creasing and stops them going missing between stops.
