Tools going missing on the shop floor? Sensitive parts moving between departments with no way to secure them? The lockable security trolley solves both problems in a single unit. Pick mesh walls when you want to see the contents and keep air flowing, or solid steel walls when full cover matters more.
Every unit ships with a padlock. The hinged door closes on a sturdy latch, so tools, spare parts and chemicals stay locked away while the trolley sits on the floor or travels between buildings. The powder-coated steel frame takes daily knocks without complaint.
Please note: shelves are not included in delivery.

A lockable security trolley gives warehouses two things they actually need: security and mobility, in the same unit. A plain flatbed trolley moves loads but offers no protection. A fixed security cabinet locks down your goods but stays bolted to one spot. This trolley closes that gap. Lock it on the shop floor, push it between departments, park it in a chemical store, the contents stay behind a locked door the whole way.
Both versions share the same heavy-duty steel frame, so the choice comes down to what sits inside. Mesh walls work best when you want to see contents without unlocking the door. Air flows through the panels, which matters for parts that shouldn’t sit in a sealed space, and for visual stock checks on a busy picking floor. Solid steel walls give full cover. Nothing shows from outside. Useful for items that shouldn’t be visible during transit, for tools you’d rather not advertise to passing visitors, or for goods that benefit from extra protection against dust, splashes and stray impacts.
The hinged door closes on a solid latch and locks with the padlock that ships in the box. No separate purchase, no hunting for hardware that fits the latch hole. That matters on sites where a dedicated security cabinet isn’t practical, or where goods need to move rather than stay put. Spare parts, hand tools, chemicals, finished components, calibration equipment – any of these can sit locked inside the trolley between uses. When a job needs them, the trolley rolls to the work area and opens on demand.
Total load capacity reaches 500 kg across the unit. Each shelf level takes 100 kg evenly distributed. The powder-coated steel frame handles knocks from daily warehouse use without chipping or bending out of shape. Powder coating protects against scuffs and light corrosion, so the trolley still looks serviceable years into its working life. Stack heavier items low and lighter items high. Standard shelving practice, nothing unusual, but worth stating: a 500 kg load with all the weight at the top is harder to push and more likely to tip on uneven floors.
Four Ø 200 mm wheels carry the load. The diameter matters. Smaller wheels catch on expansion joints, debris and floor transitions; 200 mm wheels roll over them without stalling. The trolley moves smoothly on concrete, coated warehouse floors, loading-dock surfaces and through doorways with sills.
That combination is the standard set-up for a working warehouse trolley. Brakes on the swivel pair stop the trolley rolling away on a slight slope.
The tubular push handle sits at one end at a natural working height. Handle height puts the hands in the right position to drive a 500 kg load without twisting or over-reaching. Combined with the wheel layout, a full trolley moves under steady control rather than brute force. Warehouse staff, production operators and maintenance teams can all handle it without special training.
The internal dimensions, 1160 × 760 × 1440 mm, fit a useful range of shelf layouts. Shelves (ordered separately) clip into the frame pillars at 50 mm intervals. That lets you space them to match the boxes, bins or cases you actually store. Setting up the interior takes a few minutes. Adjust the layout later when storage needs change.
