The Picking Trolley 600 kg is built for warehouses where loads keep growing and picking routes never seem to get shorter. A welded steel tube frame and a tough MDF deck give you a heavy duty picking trolley that handles daily knocks, forklift contact and repeated loading without complaint.
The trolley is fully modular. Add shelves, mesh end panels, side rails or hanging drawers from the accessory range and you can switch from small parts picking to pallet transfers in minutes.
Two fixed and two swivel elastic wheels roll smoothly and quietly across concrete joints, ramps and uneven floors. Choose the version with brakes for sloping aisles and loading ramps or the brake-free version for flat indoor work.

Long shifts on the warehouse floor put real demands on your equipment. The Picking Trolley 600 kg is built for that reality. A welded steel tube frame, a tough MDF deck and a high 600 kg load capacity make it a heavy duty picking trolley that keeps moving when the work picks up. The trolley is sized for serious stock picking and order assembly: 1295 x 810 x 1700 mm of working volume, smooth-rolling Ø 160 mm elastic wheels, and a modular accessory system that lets you set it up around your process rather than working around the trolley.
Pickers, dispatchers and warehouse managers usually have the same complaint about cheap trolleys: they bend, wobble and rattle themselves apart inside a year. The Picking Trolley 600 kg is engineered to break that cycle. The steel tube frame stays square even when you load it unevenly or push it hard around tight corners. The 600 kg load capacity gives plenty of headroom for mixed-weight orders, so a picker can keep building a load without checking the spec sheet on every fifth item. The MDF deck is a deliberate choice. It absorbs the impact of dropped boxes better than thin steel sheet and is far quieter when items are set down. When the deck eventually shows wear after years of heavy use, it can be unbolted and replaced, no need to scrap the whole trolley.
One of the strongest reasons to choose the Picking Trolley 600 kg is how easily it changes role. Add a removable shelf when you pick small components and want a second level. Fit a mesh end panel to keep tall loads from tipping backwards on a quick turn. Bolt on side rails or guard bars to stop totes sliding off during fast moves between aisles. Hang a drawer or basket for picking lists, scanners, knives, marker pens and the small tools that always go missing on a busy shift. Every accessory uses bolted fittings. That means you can change the layout in minutes with normal hand tools..
The Picking Trolley 600 kg uses two fixed and two swivel elastic wheels with a 160 mm diameter. Elastic tyres roll over expansion joints, lift gaps, threshold strips and ramped surfaces without the sharp jolt that hard plastic wheels send up through the handle. They are also noticeably quieter, which matters in long shifts where pickers are constantly on the move between racking aisles. The 160 mm diameter is large enough to climb minor obstacles and small enough to keep the deck at a sensible working height. The two fixed plus two swivel layout gives the trolley a natural straight track when it is pushed flat-out down a long aisle, while still allowing it to pivot tightly into narrow side aisles or back into a packing bay.
If your site has loading ramps, sloping yards or any kind of incline between staging areas, choose the version with brakes. The parking brake locks the trolley in place in a second, so a fully loaded cart cannot drift while the operator scans, labels or steps away. For flat indoor sites, the brake-free version keeps things simple and cuts down on wear parts.
Inside dimensions matter more than outside dimensions for daily use. The Picking Trolley 600 kg gives you a wide, open deck that takes long components, awkward cartons and stacked totes without forcing the operator to sort items by length before loading. The free height between deck and upper handle frame is generous enough to stack mixed-size boxes, which speeds up multi-line picks where the operator builds the load in the order items come off the racking. Combined with shelves and side guards from the accessory range, this lets each pick run as a single trip rather than two short ones. The MDF deck takes daily impacts well. Dropped tools, set-down totes and the occasional pallet corner do not crack it the way thin steel sheet would deform. When wear does show after a few years, the deck unbolts and a replacement goes on in minutes.
