A packing area runs faster when large cardboard boxes are stored close to the workbench instead of stacked on the floor. This low cardboard box trolley gives a clean, mobile place for flat-packed cartons, corrugated boxes and other large packaging materials. It is a Finnish-made product with a grey powder-coated steel frame that suits daily industrial use.
The trolley includes three removable steel divider bars that can be fitted lengthwise or crosswise. This makes it easy to adapt the carton trolley for tall boxes, low mailing boxes or mixed packaging sizes. The fourth divider works as a push handle, so the trolley can be moved directly to the packing station when needed.

Large cardboard boxes are often needed at the exact moment when a shipment is being packed. When those boxes are stored in a pile on the floor, they take up space, get mixed together and slow down the work. This low cardboard box trolley gives packaging materials a clear place of their own. It keeps folded cartons and corrugated cardboard boxes upright, close to the packing station and ready to move when the work area changes.
The main benefit of this cardboard box trolley is its simple, adjustable layout. Three removable steel divider bars can be installed either lengthwise or crosswise on the platform. This gives the trolley more flexibility than a fixed box rack, because the layout can be changed when the packaging range changes. The fourth divider works as a push handle. This keeps the structure neat and practical: the same steel bar system that supports the packaging also gives the operator a firm point for steering the trolley. The handle helps guide the trolley into position beside a packing station, shelf row or temporary packing point without adding unnecessary parts to the design.
The frame and shelf are made from grey powder-coated steel in RAL 7035. The finish gives the low cardboard box trolley a clean, professional appearance and is suitable for daily handling in industrial surroundings. The steel platform supports large packaging boxes and other light but bulky materials without the wobble that often comes from improvised storage. The maximum load capacity is 150 kg when the load is evenly distributed. That is more than enough for a large quantity of folded cardboard boxes, and it also gives useful reserve capacity if several carton sizes are stored on the same trolley. The low platform keeps the load easy to place and helps the trolley feel stable when moved between the storage shelf and the packing area.
A packaging trolley must be easy to move, but it also has to stay still when boxes are being taken from it. This trolley has four Ø 100 mm swivel castors, so it can turn smoothly in narrow areas and be positioned accurately next to a packing table. The castor size is practical for ordinary warehouse floors, dispatch areas and workshop environments where the trolley is moved several times during the day. Two of the castors are fitted with brakes. The brakes are important when the trolley is parked beside a workbench and boxes are being lifted from the platform. Once the trolley is in place, the operator can brake it so it does not move away during use.
