Vinyl worktop with a practical working height

The 1000 x 750 mm vinyl worktop gives the trolley a clear, usable surface for both transport and work. Vinyl is a practical material in industrial use because it is easy to wipe clean and stands up well to normal wear, moisture and dirt from daily handling. If parts are damp, oily or dusty, the surface can be cleaned more easily than many unfinished materials. The working height is 960 mm, which is comfortable for many standing tasks. It helps when parts are checked, labelled, packed or moved onward to a bench, shelf or machine. This makes it a useful industrial trolley with drawers for tools and a clear place for frequently used small parts. The drawer unit is well suited for hand tools, measuring equipment, spare parts, fasteners and other items that should stay protected during transport. The perforated panel gives a visible storage area for tools when suitable hooks or holders are used, while the bin rail and picking boxes support small-part picking and replenishment work. Because the trolley combines transport and storage, it can also support tidier workstations. Items have a defined place, loose parts are less likely to disappear under other materials, and the work surface remains easier to use.

NEK rubber castors with brakes for controlled movement

A heavy load is only useful on a trolley if it can also be moved and stopped safely. Treston Heavy-Duty Trolley 3 is equipped with two fixed castors and two braked swivel castors. The Ø160 mm NEK rubber castors roll smoothly on typical industrial floors, including concrete and workshop flooring, and the swivel castors make the trolley easier to position in tighter areas. The brakes are important during loading, unloading and work at the trolley. When the braked castors are locked, the trolley stays more stable while parts are lifted on or off the worktop. This is especially useful when the trolley is parked beside a workbench, shelving bay, packing station or machine.
