The Treston HEVI heavy-duty workbench is built for industrial work where ordinary benching is not enough. It gives production, assembly and maintenance teams a stable surface for heavy tools, machine parts and equipment, while the steel frame keeps the workstation steady in repeated daily use.
Choose the steel top for tougher workshop use, oily parts and metal components. Choose the vinyl top when a softer work surface is useful for protecting parts and reducing hard contact noise.

Treston HEVI heavy-duty workbench is suited to production areas, mechanical workshops, repair rooms, warehouse maintenance points and technical training facilities. In these environments the workbench often becomes the centre of the job. Parts are placed on it, tools are used on it and assemblies are checked on it before moving to the next stage. HEVI is a heavy-duty workbench designed to feel firm under load and to support repeat work in an organised workstation. It gives the user a solid working surface for tools, components and equipment without making the workplace unnecessarily complicated.
The HEVI frame is made from steel and designed for demanding daily use. With a steel top, the workbench offers a load capacity of up to 550 kg. With a vinyl top, the load capacity is 450 kg. This makes the Treston HEVI industrial workbench a suitable choice for work involving machine parts, service components, heavier hand tools, jigs and other equipment that would be too much for a lighter bench. A stable work surface is not only about the maximum weight. It also matters when force is applied during tightening, fitting, dismantling or measuring. The rigid frame helps keep the working area steady when the task involves torque tools, clamps or repeated handling.
The Treston HEVI heavy-duty workbench is available with two worktop options. The steel top is the stronger choice for rougher workshop conditions. It is a practical option when the bench is used with metal components, oily parts, sharp edges or tasks where the surface must be easy to wipe clean after use. The steel top also suits environments where tools are set down frequently and the work surface must tolerate hard contact.
The vinyl top is a good choice when the work surface should be kinder to the parts being handled. It gives a softer contact surface than bare steel and can help reduce hard impact noise during normal work. For assembly, service and technical training spaces where components need protection from unnecessary scratches, the vinyl top can make the heavy-duty workbench more comfortable and forgiving to use.
The working height can be adjusted within the 695–995 mm range. This gives the HEVI height-adjustable workbench useful flexibility for different users and different tasks. A higher setting is often more comfortable for standing assembly, inspection or repair work. A lower setting can be better when the task needs downward force, closer control or seated work. The adjustment range also helps when the workbench is shared by several users during the week. Instead of forcing every task into the same position, the bench can be set to suit the job more closely.
A heavy-duty workbench becomes more useful when the most important tools, parts and supplies are kept close to the working area. The HEVI range can be equipped with workbench accessories such as drawer units, perforated tool panels, upper shelves and lighting supports. These accessories help turn the bench from a simple table into a complete workstation for maintenance, assembly or repair work.
Depending on the final layout, the HEVI industrial workbench can also be considered with options such as castors or floor fixing. Mobile use may be useful in a flexible workshop, while floor fixing can be the better choice for a permanent heavy-duty station. The final accessory selection should always match the weight of the work, the tools used and the space around the bench.
