The key strength of the Treston QuatreX is its four-leg construction. A stable frame helps keep the worktop steady when small components, measuring equipment, tools or test devices are handled on the bench. QuatreX is made for situations where the work surface should feel firm, balanced and controlled. The frame is also practical in workstations that need upper structures. Upright profiles can support shelves, lighting, perforated panels, tool storage, monitor arms and other workstation accessories. The total maximum load capacity of the bench is 300 kg, and the upright profiles have a total maximum load capacity of 150 kg. This gives room to build a complete industrial workstation around the frame without losing the main benefit: a clean, adjustable and stable working position.

Fast electric height adjustment

Electric height adjustment is useful in production areas where the same workstation is used by several people or for different tasks during the day. QuatreX has four powerful motors and a height adjustment range of 710–1210 mm. The frame moves from the lowest position to the highest position in less than 14 seconds, with an adjustment speed of 36 mm per second. This makes it easy to change between sitting, standing and task-specific working heights without interrupting the workflow for long. The adjustment control panel includes up and down control, memory positions and a display.

Compatible Concept bench tops in LPL, HPL and ESD laminate

QuatreX uses the same bench tops as the Treston Concept workbench range. Select the frame first, then choose a suitable Concept bench top for the work task. Available bench top materials include low-pressure laminate (LPL), high-pressure laminate (HPL) and semi-conductive ESD laminate. The right choice depends on the environment and the type of work carried out on the bench.

• LPL is a practical choice for general industrial use, assembly and lighter workstation tasks.
• HPL gives a more durable laminated surface for heavier daily use and environments where the top needs to withstand more wear.
• The semi-conductive ESD laminate is intended for ESD workbench applications where electronic components must be handled with electrostatic discharge control in mind.

Bench top depth options are 750 or 900 mm, and the width options listed for this product are 1030, 1230, 1530 and 1830 mm.

Steel or aluminium uprights for modular workstation layouts

QuatreX brings good flexibility to workstation design because it can be used with steel grid tube uprights or aluminium AL2X superstructure profiles. This is useful when the workstation needs to be equipped for a specific process, not just used as a plain table. Shelves, bin rails, lighting, tool panels and other workbench accessories can be positioned so that tools and materials are easy to reach without cluttering the main working area. Arm adapters make it possible to use accessories intended for steel adjustment tubes also with aluminium superstructure profiles. This improves the range of layout options and helps when existing workstation accessory ideas need to be transferred into a cleaner or more modern aluminium structure.

Safety and side panels for side-by-side workstations

In production areas, workbenches are often placed next to each other to save space or create a clear line of workstations. QuatreX can be equipped with optional side panels that act as finger guards when two height adjustable workbenches are used side by side. This is a simple but important detail in areas where the height of one bench may be changed while another bench is close to it.
