Treston TP Upright Frame Workbench for light industrial workstation use

The Treston TP Upright Frame Workbench is a light, modular industrial workbench frame that can be equipped for assembly, testing, maintenance, inspection, packing support and other technical work where tools, parts and screens need to stay close to the task. This TP upright frame is a lighter alternative to the standard Treston TP workbench. The frame is made from epoxy powder-coated steel in light grey RAL 7035, giving it a clean industrial appearance and good durability for daily production use. The maximum load capacity of the frame is 300 kg, and the maximum load with the bench top is 60 kg when the correct bench top and bracket pair are used.

Modular upright frame for a clearer workstation layout

The key feature of the TP upright frame is the upright tube structure. It gives the workstation a rear support system for shelves, lighting, tool holders, monitor arms, keyboard trays, equipment supports, bin rails and other Treston accessories. Instead of placing everything on the bench surface, frequently used items can be moved into the operator’s working zone. This frees bench space and helps keep the workstation easier to clean, organise and adjust when the work changes.

The frame is available in module sizes M750 and M900, with frame heights of 1500 mm and 1850 mm. The lower frame height is practical where the workstation needs a compact upper structure, while the taller version gives more room for shelves, lighting and other overhead equipment. Accessories can be positioned on the upright frame according to the task, which makes the bench suitable for changing production cells and shared industrial workstations.

Bench top ordered separately

The TP upright frame is supplied as a frame solution, so the bench top is ordered separately. This is important when planning the product page and when comparing alternatives: the frame itself is not a complete workbench until the bench top and the required support bracket pair are selected. For bench top attachment, the TP upright frame bench top support bracket pair 860139-49 is required.

Compatible bench top options include low-pressure laminate, high-pressure laminate and an ESD-protected laminate bench top.

• HPL is often selected when a harder-wearing laminated surface is preferred.
• The ESD-protected bench top is the correct choice when the workstation is part of an ESD-controlled area and sensitive electronic components are handled.

ESD version for electronics and EPA work areas

The TP upright frame is also available with ESD protection. In electronics manufacturing, testing, repair and other ESD-sensitive work, the workstation is only one part of the overall protection system. When paired with the correct ESD bench top and installed according to the site’s ESD control plan, the TP upright frame can be used as part of an EPA, or ESD protected area.

Accessory options for different industrial tasks

The TP upright frame can be adapted with a broad range of Treston accessories. Typical choices include a keyboard tray, equipment holder, monitor holder, tiltable top shelf, tool holder, work light, shelves and drawer units. Depending on the workstation, it may also be equipped with bin rails, perforated panels, cable management accessories or other support parts that keep small items organised and off the work surface.
