Treston TPB Packing Bench – Ergonomics and Order for the Packing Process

The TPB is a professional packing bench for warehouses, dispatch departments, logistics centres, production areas and e-commerce fulfilment. It is especially useful where parcels, cartons, documents and consumables need to be handled many times during a shift. Instead of using a basic table and adding loose storage around it, the TPB packing table provides a ready-equipped layout with space above, behind and below the worktop. It brings the work surface, roll holders, shelf space and tool storage into one clear workstation, so packing materials stay close to the operator and the packing process moves forward in a steady, controlled way.

A Strong Height-Adjustable Packing Table for Daily Use

The Treston TPB packing bench has a sturdy steel frame designed for professional environments. The frame is made from powder-coated steel in light grey RAL 7035, giving the bench a clean appearance and a hard-wearing finish for everyday work. The height-adjustable frame has a manual adjustment range of 650–900 mm, so the working height can be set to suit the task and the operator.

The low-pressure laminated chipboard worktop is suitable for repeated handling of parcels and packing materials. The available worktop sizes are 1500 x 900 mm and 1800 x 900 mm, with a thickness of 25 mm. The wide depth gives practical room for cartons, paperwork, labels and the product being packed. With a maximum load capacity of 300 kg, the TPB packing bench gives a stable base even when heavier packages or larger quantities of material are handled on the work surface.

Ready-Equipped TPB Packing Bench with Storage Where It Is Needed

The TPB packing bench is supplied with the most important packing accessories already included. The standard equipment supports a clean workflow: packing material rolls are placed on holders, smaller items can be stored on the perforated panel and bin rail, and the upper shelf gives extra storage above the main work area.

The height-adjustable upper shelf has a depth of 310 mm and can be set between 1080–1550 mm. It includes five adjustable divider hoops, each 400 mm high, so envelopes, cardboard sheets, packaging papers or other flat materials can be separated and kept upright. The upper shelf has a load capacity of 30 kg and also includes mounting points for Treston lights.

The perforated panel is height-adjustable and 255 mm high. It creates a useful storage area for frequently used tools and accessories, keeping the main worktop clear for the parcel itself. The panel includes a bin rail for auxiliary shelves and storage bins. The steel auxiliary shelf measures 217 x 298 x 20 mm, making it suitable for A4 papers, small tools or packing documents. It also has room for two tape dispensers and a load capacity of 3 kg.

Paper Roll Holders Keep Packing Materials Within Reach

Paper, protective material and other roll-based packing supplies often take up more space than expected. The TPB packing bench includes two roll holder positions so the operator can pull material directly to the work area. The upper paper roll holder has a diameter of 25 mm and supports a maximum roll width of 1400 mm or 1700 mm, depending on the bench size. Its load capacity is 40 kg. The lower paper roll holder is suspended from the horizontal tubes between the table legs. It also has a diameter of 25 mm, with a maximum roll width of 1350 mm or 1650 mm, depending on the bench size, and a load capacity of 40 kg.

One company may need more roll capacity, another may need storage for labels and documents, while a third may need extra lighting, drawer units or PC equipment near the workstation. The Treston TPB packing bench can be expanded with more than 50 compatible accessories and add-on parts.
