Heavy-duty plastic pallet 1200 x 800 x 160 mm

A pallet may look like a simple warehouse item, but the right pallet can save time every day. This heavy-duty plastic pallet is a Euro-size plastic pallet for storage, internal transport, pallet racking and export shipments. The size is 1200 x 800 x 160 mm, so it follows the familiar Euro pallet footprint used in warehouses, production areas and loading docks. It is made from recycled HD-PE-R and designed for loads that are too demanding for a light single-use pallet.

Euro-size plastic pallet for storage and handling

The pallet is suitable for warehouse storage and regular handling with forklifts and other suitable material handling equipment. The smooth top deck makes the surface easy to clean, which helps when the same pallet is used repeatedly in production, goods-in, dispatch or return flows. Compared with a wooden pallet, a plastic pallet does not create splinters, loose nails or rust. That makes it a practical choice when the pallet needs to stay tidy and easy to handle over many work cycles.

Load capacities for standard and reinforced versions

This heavy-duty plastic pallet is available in a standard version and with optional steel tube reinforcement.

The dynamic load is relevant when the pallet is being moved. The static load applies when the pallet is standing on a flat floor.

Designed for pallet racking and 2700 mm beam racks

The base shape is designed to sit securely on 2700 mm long beam racks without additional support beams. This is useful when Euro-size pallets are stored in standard pallet racking and the aim is to keep the system simple. It can reduce the need for extra rack accessories, while also making installation and use more straightforward.

For safe use, the load must be evenly distributed and placed according to the stated capacity of the selected pallet version. The standard version has a pallet racking load of 300 kg, while the steel tube reinforced version has a pallet racking load of 1500 kg.

Smooth top deck with raised safety rim option

The smooth top surface is one of the main everyday advantages of this plastic pallet. Dust, loose material and normal warehouse dirt are easier to remove from a flat surface than from rough timber. The flat surface supports quick cleaning within the suitable temperature range, helping keep storage areas and handling equipment cleaner.

The pallet is available with a 7 mm raised safety rim or without a raised edge. The raised rim helps keep boxes, sacks or other goods in place during handling. The rimless version is useful when loads must slide on or off more freely, or when the goods already have their own secure packaging.

Recycled HD-PE-R for industrial use

The material is recycled HD-PE-R, a recycled high-density polyethylene material suited to repeated industrial handling. The pallet is suitable for use in temperatures from 0 to 60 °C. Within that range, it keeps its shape in normal warehouse and production conditions and is not affected by moisture in the same way as wood. Because the pallet is plastic, it does not absorb moisture like an untreated wooden pallet. It also avoids many common wooden pallet issues such as splintering, broken boards and protruding nails. At the end of its service life, the pallet can be recycled.
