This industrial waste trolley is made for sites where waste, scrap and loose material need to move without slowing the shift down. The yellow, powder-coated steel body is built from coated sheet steel and carries loads up to 400 kg, making it a practical choice for warehouses, factories, maintenance halls and other demanding work areas.
The trolley can be fitted with either three or four wheels, depending on how it will be used. The 2 fixed and 2 swivel castor layout gives stable, controlled movement, while the mounting plate for a centre wheel offers an alternative for tighter routes and easier turning. Choose 200 mm solid rubber wheels for smooth floors such as concrete, or 260 mm pneumatic rubber wheels for rougher ground, yards, gravel or grass.
The waste trolley is also available with CE-marked lifting eyes when lifting points are required.

This 300 L industrial waste trolley gives the team a clear place for scrap, packaging, offcuts and mixed waste, and it keeps the load mobile until it is time to empty it. The trolley is built for industrial surroundings where the work is continuous, the loads are heavy and the floor space has to stay clear. The yellow body is easy to notice in busy work areas. With a 300 litre volume and a load capacity of up to 400 kg, the trolley works well as a collection point beside a machine, at the end of a packing line, in a maintenance hall or in a warehouse zone where waste has to be moved in one controlled load instead of several small trips.
The body is made from 1.2 mm coated sheet steel. The pressed and welded steel shell gives the waste trolley the strength needed for rough daily use, including metal pieces, wood blocks, packaging waste and other common industrial material streams. The steel construction also gives the trolley a solid feel when it is moved or turned with a heavy load inside.
The powder-coated steel finish is designed for demanding workplaces. During the powder coating process, the coating bonds to the steel surface and cures into a hard protective layer. This gives better protection against normal scratches, rust and minor splashes than an untreated steel surface. It also gives the trolley its clean yellow finish, which is useful in environments where equipment needs to be easy to see and easy to place back in the right area after use.
A small bin is not enough when the waste is heavy or bulky. This waste trolley is designed for loads up to 400 kg, so it can handle demanding waste handling tasks without being limited to light rubbish only. In practice, it can be used for collecting production offcuts, scrap metal, wood pieces, packaging material, discarded parts and other loose items that need to be moved away from the work area. The high load capacity also helps reduce unnecessary handling. When the trolley can carry more in one round, staff do not need to make as many trips between the work point and the waste collection area. That saves time during the shift and helps keep floors cleaner.
The trolley has a mounting plate with space for a centre wheel. This makes it possible to build the trolley with either three or four wheels, depending on the working area and the way the trolley will be moved. A 2 fixed and 2 swivel castor setup gives a stable base and controlled movement when the trolley is pushed through open areas, along aisles or across a workshop floor.
The swivel castors help the trolley turn, while the fixed wheels keep the direction steady when moving longer distances. This balance is important when the trolley is full, because a heavy load should not feel loose or difficult to control. The centre wheel option can be useful where turning space is limited, because it can reduce the force needed to turn the trolley in narrow aisles or around machines.
Two wheel options are available, and the right choice depends on the route. The 200 mm solid rubber wheels are a good choice for smooth, hard floors such as concrete, painted industrial floors and indoor warehouse surfaces. Solid rubber wheels are simple, robust and suitable for regular indoor use where the floor is reasonably even.
For rougher ground, the 260 mm pneumatic rubber wheels are the better option. They are suitable when the trolley needs to cross outdoor yards, gravel, loading ramps, uneven surfaces or grass. The larger pneumatic wheels help the trolley roll more smoothly over small bumps and surface changes. This makes the same industrial waste trolley suitable for both indoor waste collection and routes that continue outside the building.
The waste trolley is also available with CE-marked lifting eyes. This option is useful when the trolley must be lifted in a controlled way on worksites or in production environments where waste moves between levels. The lifting eyes give designated lifting points for suitable lifting equipment and planned lifting operations. As with all lifting work, the correct lifting method, load limits and site safety rules must be followed.
